Nos gustó mucho! Tomábamos el tranvía en la esquina y nos dejaba justo en Venecia en 5 minutos. Con gusto regreso con ustedes!

The reception area staff was extremely helpful for us to get into Venice and back. And where to go, get something to eat. He was amazing. The room was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard but was ok, the location was very nice. It was in a residential area with close by market. Restaurants and bars.

El personal del hotel muy amable, además del mapa de Venecia, te dan un mapa del tranvia de la línea 1 que se coge a 150 metros del hotel, parada Molmenti (de tranvia y de autobús), en 10 minutos te lleva a la Plaza Roma en Venecia donde se cogen los vaporettos y los autobuses a Mestre (el autobús nocturno circula desde las 12 de la noche), el último tranvia sale de la Plaza Roma dirección a Mestre a las 23,50h. Te explican las líneas de los vaporettos y venden en el hotel las tarjetas de 24, 48 o 72 horas que incluyen los viajes de tranvia, autobús y vaporettos. Nosotros hemos estado 3 días y el bono lo hemos aprovechado al máximo. El hotel está muy bien, habitación limpia, sencilla y con minibar, con un desayuno muy bueno. En la misma calle dirección al tranvía, hay un supermercado grande. El desayuno es de 8 a 10, hoy venían a recogernos a las 8 para ir al aeropuerto y nos han puesto el desayuno antes para que nos fuéramos ya desayunados. Hotel muy recomendable por calidad/precio, personal muy eficiente y amable y la comodidad de estar en Venecia en 10 minutos con todas las líneas de vaporettos en la Plaza Roma.

The hotel is very clean all around. The common areas and room as well. It is not located inside Venezia area but is very accessible to the transportation to and from Piazzale Roma. There is T1 tram stop 5 minutes walking to Venice and a bus stop 2 minutes walking to main train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They give you a map and explain how to move inside Venice according to your days in the city. There is also a small bar to sit and enjoy a drink in case you need to wait. In my opinion, the breakfast time should be since 7 am instead of 8 am, to give the opportunity to arrive earlier to Venice. The hotel has a restaurant very close to the entrance that serves excellent local food for prices to locals not for tourists. The hotel is located in a zone that you can walk safely in the night.

Great location! Short walk to tram to Piazzale Roma. Lots of choices for breakfast. Can hear the noise from other rooms. Great value for money!

Petit hôtel très charmant a 10 min de Venise en tram. Le personnel est très agréable et donne de bon conseil pour les lignes de vaporetto a utiliser ou les restaurants a essayer. Nous n avons pas été déçu du tout

Nos hospedamos por 4 noites e voltaremos com certeza. Lugar extremamente limpo e confortável com limpeza diária; chuveiro com boa pressão e quente, gel de banho disponível; cama confortável; roupas de cama e banho limpas, cheirosas, brancas e macias; café da manhã incrível, com excelente variedade e reposição constante; anfitrião gentil e solícito em tudo. Para ir ao centro de Veneza custa €1,50 e leva cerca de 10 minutos. Não há check-in antecipado, mas é possível guardar as malas por €5 antes do check-in e depois do check-out. Há banheiro disponível para usar antes do check-in e após o check-out.

Buona struttura , molto ben collegata dai mezzi pubblici con Venezia. Camere pulite, personale molto gentile.

Very clean room, helpful and pleasant staff, near the tram and bus stops, quiet area. Not so many facilities in the room, just basics, they could have a few more options for breakfast (good price though with 10€ per person). If you don't find a place to stay in Venice Centre I would strongly recommended it.

Tout était parfait c’était notre deuxième fois.

La gentillesse du personnel et la propreté de la chambre sont très appréciables. Même s'il n'est pas de grande qualité, le petit-déjeuner est varié. Petit hic pour le frigo dans la chambre, qui faisait beaucoup de bruit quand il se mettait en route. Nous ne l'utilisions pas, donc nous l'avons débranché. L'emplacement est top, à 3 minutes du tram pour Venise.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very close to tran station for a 10 minute ride on the T1 to Venice. Easy to get to places. Mestre Centre is great place to eat and shop.

The room was cramped. The shower leaked and was tiny. We asked for reservations at their restaurant, they did not make the reservation, so we had to sit outside. It was cold and windy. There was a carnival a few blocks away and the noise was bad inside the room. The receptionist gave us bad information about boarding the train. Thankfully, we didn't follow his advice. The hotel was convenient to the tram into Venice and train station.

Schönes gepflegtes Zimmer vor Venedig gelagert. Venedig ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Frühstückauswahl waren wir positiv überrascht. Gern wieder.
