Nice rustic hotel in a fantastic location just a short walk to the lovely promenade where you can find bars and restaurants. Parking can be an issue as there is no car park, also along the street outside, parking is for residents only. Breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have had a hot offering though. There is no air conditioning and the rooms get very hot, it was 39 degrees when we stayed and it felt like an oven. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Clean but very dated. Our room had a small double bed which wasn’t really big enough for two. Breakfast had the usual selection of continental items. There were a couple of coach parties staying at the same time and they seemed to take priority over us. No parking available at the property as car park now appears to be used as an outside terrace instead which is a strange choice as parking would be more useful.

Lovely traditional hotel.

We stayed in a triple room, which was 2 rooms with a small hallway in between, a lovely layout. Lots of natural light, huge bathroom, overall a pleasant surprise. Yes, the beds/mattresses were basic, the decor a little dated but fully functional. Water pressure is excellent. The floors were amazing with natural hardwood, the real thing. It was once elegantly decorated and not cheap. Now it's still okay. Skip the food at the hotel, it's not worth the money. If you absolutely have to eat breakfast, opt for a "coffee with toast" version. We went to the beach (a few steps literally) and had an amazing coffee with pincho, cheaper than the breakfast at the hotel. Overall - great value for money. The wifi works better on the main floor.

Nos gusto el hotel por ser antiguo . Eso no significa viejo,està muy bien conservado. Con tantos hoteles de estilo minimalista ,se agradece sus molduras en el techo ,la sala biblioteca con muchos libros y en especial la zona con jugetes y el piano . Los suelos de la habitaciòn de madera y las ventanas de PVC . Calefaccion perfecta! Buen desayuno con un buffet correcto y un almuerzo para elegir entre cinco ò seis platos de cada grupo.Buen personal en todas las àreas ,eficiente y amable .

personal amable, hotel mal. Para tener 3 estrellas está todo viejo, colchón y almohadas incómodas, se oía todo de la habitación de al lado, no había wifi y en recepción dicen q es q hotel lleno

Mi estancia en este hotel fue agradable. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y con espacio suficiente para moverse con facilidad. El baño estaba en excelentes condiciones, con buena ventilación y artículos de aseo disponibles. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, cerca de transporte público, restaurantes y puntos de interés. En general, una excelente relación calidad precio.

Excelente terraza con hermosa vista. Bastante lugar para guardar la ropa. Excelente ubicación con parada de autobús a 30 metros, cerca de la playa y el centro histórico. Colchón un poco blando pero ok. Baño muy pequeño. Deberían de limpiar mejor el baño cada día.

Tranquila y agradable.

Era un viaje de trabajo y no tenía wifi en la habitación, pedí cambio de habitación y me dijeron que estaba completo, pero comprobé en la webb y había habitaciones disponibles. El parking que había antes ya no está y me costó aparcar. Por lo demás, el hotel esta bien y muy bien ubicado.

Hôtel bien situé pas de parking mais se garer autour de l'hôtel payant compter 20 euros par jour.

Hotel Zarauz was an excellent choice. It was close to the beach and more importantly on our Camino route. Highly recommend

+ Underbar service, hjälpsamma och trevlig personal. Ren rum. - det ända tråkiga var att uteservering ligger på gammal marksten med mögel och smuts. Det ger ett tråkigt intryck när man vill njuta av den goda maten jag fick.

Very close to beach and old town, really enjoyed our stay.
