I don’t think this hotel is 4 star. My room was outdated - no working air con, a shower which didn’t close properly and minimal sound proofing. It was also very noisy at night. The breakfast was great and they did allow me late checkout (at a cost)

The room was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed for one night, but would happily stay there for longer on my next visit.

Comme toujours nous choisissons un hôtel avec spa Et il faut attendre d être sur place pour savoir s il était inclus ou pas car descriptif des services de l hôtel trompeur. En ayant ses informations à l avance nous pourrions choisir l hôtel en conséquence De plus le statut vip propose surclassement mais comme par hasard il ne reste jamais le choix d être surclassé ,comment faire donc?

This is not a 4 start hotel. Best a 3 star. Rooms bare. Breakfast not great at all . Would not stay here .family was unhappy staying here

The breakfast was alright but would have hoped for more. The pool was nice and clean, but unfortunately in the shade for the majority of the day. The room had a balcony which was only accessible by clambering up onto a windowsill and outside - shame as it was a nice place to sit and enjoy the sun!

Great stay! Great pool as well & the breakfast and room were both excellent. Only thing being I couldnt get the shower to go hot it was luke warm. Apart from that it was great!

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was very clean. I was disappointed when I was told that the Spa was closed during the summer.

I expected more for a 4 star hotel. Room was very dated, service ok, breakfast not Italian like at all.

Dejligt hotel med venlig personale. Ligger rigtig godt hvis man vil nyde lidt tid i Verona. Lokalt torv med gode spisemuligheder og hyggelig stemning. Vil gerne tilbage for det lokale miljø skyld

Great breakfast options, friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Pool and sun terrace pleasant, shaded areas provided though there is some maintenance needed around the pool area.

This is a spa hotel without a spa in the summer months. Not identified by Expedia until booked. As it was in a decent location I didn’t change it. Good bus service outside. DONT use Uber in Verona it’s double the price of TAXIS.
