I really enjoyed my stay here from the second I arrived. Staff is super friendly, room was spotless and comfortable and the hotel as such has a charming decor and garden. Will be back for sure!

This is my fourth visit to Vancouver Studios and as always provided all I needed for my stay. Immaculately clean and ordered with the extraordinary capability to turn a very small space into a highly functional, meet all short term needs, apartment - including the visual experience of open airiness. Very comfortable bed, high pressure reliable shower - everything required for short term self provision in a highly organised kitchenette, plenty of storage in the form of drawers and cupboards. Quiet, airy, and as warm/cool as I chose it to be. Also every staff member is charming, friendly, helpful, informative - very inclusive but totally non interfering unless requested. My experience this time as previously is that any issues are immediately attended to and resolved. The location is very convenient for immediate access to transport and shops but is itself in a very quiet tree lined avenue. I am so pleased I found this hotel and will continue to return whenever I am in London

The rooms smelt like egg, we were on the top floor to begin with which was awful to get up to. The stairs are a killer and very windy. We then complained about our room and first felt like we weren’t believed and the boy receptionist came to check our room and finally believed us. We got moved to the first floor with two separate beds which we weren’t to pleased about. In the morning got up to shower and the shower smelt like egg again, we packed up our stuff and left early disappointed and a bit disgusted. It is near some shops however the egg smell really put us off going back to this hotel

The room was on the 4th floor with no lift. The first two flights were ok but the last two were extremely steep and narrow, making them difficult and somewhat dangerous with luggage.

Oda çok temiz, konum güzel ve çalışanları güler yüzlü. Oteli, mutfağının olması ve konumu sebebiyle seçtim. Marketlere oldukça yakındı bu sebeple kahvaltımızı odada yapabildik. Otelin konumu da Notting Hill bölgesine ve NHM'ye oldukça yakın bu sayede hızlıca bu bölgeleri gezebildik. Çevresi oldukça sakin ancak sabah 9da üst katta başlayan temizlik sesi, otelin yapısı sebebiyle direkt bizim odadaydı.Yalıtım hiç yok. İki gün de aynı şekilde devam etti ve çokrahatsız ediciydi. Oda küçüktü bu sebeple duş ve tuvalet farklı odalardaydı, ve tuvaletin kapısı kapanmıyordu.

Comfort of room and location. I think it would be a great idea to have some kind of handrail on staircases. They are dangerous especially when carrying heavy bags.

I didn’t really like how I had to give my key every time I left. Felt like I was being babysat. Also, I couldn’t Open my window at certain moments bc cigarette smoke would come inside from people smoking outside.

I very much enjoyed my stay here at Vancouver Studios. I like to have a kitchenette when I travel so I can prepare my breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean. The hotel was very clean. And the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. This will be my first choice anytime I return to London the location is quite convenient as well. Walking distance from two different tube stations.

Great hotel, well located just outside the main hustle and bustle of London but very close to transport links. Have stayed a couple of times now and will be staying again. Staff are always very friendly and rooms are always clean and well stocked.

I have been coming to Vancouver Studios for over 12 years and love every stay. Each room is a mini apartment, with everything you need to cook for yourself or reheat takeaways. There a great water pressure in every room that I’ve stayed and never any issues with plenty of hot water. The staff is so warm and pleasant and get to know guests personally. Beautifully decorated in the rooms and throughout the multi level building. I’m an American and not a fan of walking for transportation. However, the hotel is a quick 5 minute walk to Bayswater tube and 7mins to Queensway; that gives you multiple routing options to explore the city without renting a car. Love, love, love this hotel!!! -Kimberly
