Chambre très fonctionnelle, emplacement parfait proche de métro et bus, petit déjeuner varié mais pas typique, personnel très aimable. Très bon séjour

Nous avons été bien accueilli. Le personnel était serviable. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix, il n'est pas très varié mais est très correct. A notre arrivée, la chambre était propre. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, et le rapport qualité prix est top. Points à améliorer : quantité de thé/café dans la chambre (1 sachet de thé pour 4) et la vaisselle n'a pas été faite durant 3 jours. Nous avons nettoyé nous même nos verres et tasses.

Room was spacious but extremely hot with a fan on. Could do with some air-con . Nice area and easy access to get to events such as around Hyde park . Breakfast was all included continental and not bad.

Siisti ja kiva pieni hotelli hyvällä alueella lähellä metroasemaa. Erityismaininta aamiaisesta, joka kyllä oli runsas. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Huone siisti. Ilmastointina oli vain pöytätuuletin, joten hiukan saattaa helteellä tulla hiki, mutta riittää varmasti lähes aina, jos ei tule helleaaltoa.

Great little hotel with helpful staff

The hotel smells. The desk staff is disinterested at best. The front door is supposed to be unlocked until 11, was locked at 10:30. Front door supposed to be open by 7, was locked at 8:30. They don’t answer their WhatsApp calls. The breakfast was… edible I guess. It was just clean enough to justify not looking for a different place to stay for one night. Location is good.

Excellent check in. Room clean, bathroom clean , lovely view, very quiet. Close to local amenities and stores. Only gripe was no nonslip mat for shower.

Great place to stay for location to the underground and walking to all the large parks and shopping district!

Good for the price, nice staff and great location. But the room was not the most comfortable of sleeps. My bed seemed to be located on the wall right next to my neighbours bathroom as I was woke up a few times by loud plumbing and the noise of the extractor fan. Would suggest earbuds!
