The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very centrally located and everything around Strasbourg city centre was easily within walking distance. The hotel doesn’t have parking but the public car park was just across the road and was safe and secure. Overall the hotel was in a great location, clean, tidy and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful. Contacted me ahead of time to see if I needed a transfer from the train station, stored luggage after check out until we left town. Rooms were well decorated and well appointed. Free beverages in the lobby

Great Location and friendly staff! The hotel does not have handicap accommodations. It is a boutique-type hotel with a structure that, in a lot of aspects, creates an unsafe situation. A member of our group fell on a half-step at the elevator landing on the first floor and broke her foot. The step should not have been there. It defeats the purpose of using an elevator to get your luggage to the room if you have to lift it again to get to the hallway leading to the rooms. No warning signs. The rooms with the whirlpool bath do not have a shower, just the high tub, which creates a challenge for most people to get in and out safely. You can skip breakfast and go across the street and buy fresh fruit and pastries. All communication for prior check-in or asking for feedback is emailed in French only. If feedback is solicited, it should be in one of the most common languages.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was spacious, bathroom could have done with a bit of a refurb though.

Superb hotel with kind, friendly, helpful, informative, considerate staff. The room & bed were very comfortable, & the room was spacious compared to many European hotels. Also, the hotel was in a perfect location.

The hotel was great and we loved our room! It was clean, charming, and close to everything! Outside the hotel was shopping, bakeries, restaurants!

ホテルは可愛らしく清潔で、ハンドクリームやボディクリームなどのアメニティや、部屋にケトル、紅茶も用意されていました。駅からのアクセスもトラムの停車場所がすぐ近くにあるので便利でした。スタッフも親切でまた泊まりたいホテルです！

Pour un tarif de 675.38 € (4 nuits) nous avons eu droit à une petite chambre au confort sommaire avec vue sur cour et sur un mur (contrairement à la photo jointe à la commande). A ceci s'ajoute 75 € de parking non pris en charge par l'hôtel (car il faut rester plus de 20h pour avoir les 4 € journalier de réduction) et 38 € de petits déjeuners/ jour. Seul l'emplacement est un plus. D'autre part, on nous indique à la réception que nous avons payé 20% de plus en passant notre commande par Hotels.com... Belle publicité pour vous !!!

We stayed in a suite here for two nights. We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage. Our room was ready an hour before check in and our bags were already brought up. It is a small hotel and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you have Mobility issues I would not recommend as even with the elevator you need to do some stairs and steps up. The hotel is dated but cute and comfortable and in a very convenient location, though not on a noisy or too busy a street. I would stay here again in Strasbourg.

Wunderbare Unterkunft, sehr zentral in Straßburg gelegen. Toller Service und liebevoll gestaltete individuelle Zimmer.

Tres belle chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit double et une chambre attenante avec un lit simple, de décoration minipale, un peu impersonnelle, calme malgré la proximite du centre historique mais donnant sur une rue peu passante à vitesse reduite. Belle salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi. Pas d'arret minute pour décharger ses bagages. Un parking couvert payant à côté souvent plein, avec une réduction par l'hôtel pour un temps de stationnement supérieur à 20h en continu. Personnel accueillant et boissons chaudes, eau fraiche plate et pétillante à discrétion à consommer au salon. Deux formules pour le petit dejeuner, expresse à 6 euros et un buffet par contre trop cher à 30 euros de qualité moyenne en décalage avec le cadre raffiné.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gross. Frühstück hervorragend. Lage perfekt. Parkhaus gegenüber. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Wir übernachten dort immer wieder gerne.

Personnel agréable et disponible... Séjour parfait

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war schön und großzügig. Der späte Checkout war hervorragend, so konnten wir noch entspannt frühstücken gehen. Lediglich die tolle Whirlpool-Badewanne war nicht sehr sauber. Beim Anstellen des Wassers kamen aus den Düsen braune Bröckchen raus. Wir haben es abgespült und etwas sauber gemacht und es war trotzdem toll, aber erstmal nicht so schön. Eine Anleitung für die Funktionen der Wanne wäre noch toll. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nice enough, clean room, cute courtyard and friendly staff. However room was like a green house at 26.7 degrees. Air con not working. Man came up to “fix” it but nothing happened. We were given a fan and opened windows but still warm. Other people in other rooms said the same that it was so hot. Lights didn’t work by bed, socket didn’t work one side of bed and the jets in bath didn’t work.
