The service was amazing! It was such a beautiful experience at this hotel! The room was cozy and well stocked! We also had dinner at the restaurant and it as delicious!

The best!

Not worth the money … service wasn’t the best not just French culture (I travel to Paris Often), just not personable no smile at breakfast or room service - they make you feel like you’re not wanted. The best service was at checkout, i got service with a smile while I was paying. I’m a big fan of getting what you pay for and for this price point. The service and quality of everything should have been so much more. No return of message when contacted hotel for spa or dinner for special birthday. Was told upon arrival I was just late for everything. Epernay was wonderful! But this property missed the mark on all accounts. Recommend the visit. Just not at this hotel at all.

Good place for families Indoor pool and buffet breakfast has many choices Room size is large for France but this facility needs upgrade to electronics, doors, carpets Chlorine smell of pool persists even on 2nd floor Breakfast quality not great

Amazing Relais & Châteaux property to explore the region — from dinners at nearby châteaux to visits in Épernay and the Reims area. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the staff is welcoming. For dinner, there are plenty of great options within a 15-minute drive (including Château d’Étoges and places in Épernay).

Très belle parenthèse d’une nuit en champagne ! Chambre confortable et joliment décorée, piscine chauffée en accès libre toute la journée, établissement de caractère, très bon restaurant gastronomique ! Le personne est accueillant, on ne manque de rien !

Beautiful stay

Zone Piscine un peu vieillissante. Trop peu de lit pour profiter du sauna. Seulement 6 lits, pour un hôtel de plus de 50 chambres…aux heures de pointes, seulement six personnes peuvent en profiter…

Hotel can be considered 5 stars, when it comes to amenities, facilities, breakfast and room. The design is pretty nice and well kept. Staff is not welcoming and friendly. Don’t bother to answer the phone or remove the trash from our room.

Nice staff and beautiful grounds

The poor rating is because we were astonished to discover at check-in that we were not able to have a table for dinner in your restaurant. This was particularly irritating because the nearest alternative requires a taxi.

Très bon séjour. L’hôtel est magnifique et les employés sont aux petits soins. Seul bémol, le bruit des voitures venant de la départementale pour les chambres donnant sur cette route.

Excellent property supported by amazing staff. We have had an amazing time staying here with friends and family. A special thank you to Kinsley for all his support and guidance. We would definitely stay here again!
