L'hôtel est très agréable et je tiens à souligner l'excellente accueil de la réceptionniste. Elle était très sympathique et m'a fourni un plan de la ville qui m'a été d'une grande aide. Ses explications étaient claires et précises, ce qui a rendu mes déplacements beaucoup plus faciles. De plus, j'ai eu besoin de prendre mon petit déjeuner avant 7h et elle a été très arrangeante à ce sujet. Cela a vraiment fait la différence pour moi. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit accueillant et bien situé.

The hotel was clean and the check in and room were both good. Thé problem was we were told that we were the only guests in the 33 room hotel over 4 floors and the hotel would be locked at 11pm. Normally this wouldn’t have been a problem but we were informed there was no night duty staff. As we were on the second floor and being the only residents in such a large building was very disconcerting and I shudder to think of what would have happened if there was a fire or break in. The corridors switches were on a timer which is fine if there’s a switch outside your door but had there been an emergency it was pitch black and you would be hard pressed to find a switch. In case of fire obviously the lift shouldn’t be used but as was so dark I defy anyone being able to exit via the circular staircase. We decided against breakfast as we were told that someone was coming in especially just to cook for us. All in all it just wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

Hotel propre,silencieux, avec une literie confortable. Petit déjeuner de. Bonne facture. Je recommande cet hotel sans hésiter. 10 minutes du centre-ville à pieds.

lovely chic hotel a short walk from centre nicely decorated. great bathrooms comfortable beds and good sized rooms the lady at reception is amazing! so friendly, attentive and great recommendations - she really made the stay very welcoming 😊

Belle chambre et pratique pour 3 personnes avec lits séparés. Très bien situé à Orléans.

Très bon accueil, très complet, hôtel charmant avec un joli jardin. Ma chambre manquait d'isolation phonique, j'ai donc entendu les voisins discuter une bonne partie de la nuit.

Quelques soucis de réseau internet à notre arrivée mais excellente nuit dans une chambre confortable et un petit déjeuner complet et servi dans une véranda très agréable.

Près proche du centre Ville de Orléans. Hôtel confortable et assez récent. L'insonorisation de l'établissement est à améliorer, on entend les voisins. Cela vaudrait le coup de trouver un artisan boulanger avec du pain de meilleure qualité.

Informations erronées sur l hôtel rien autour impossible de prendre une douche sans tenir le pommeau placer trop bas douche idéal pour un hobbit Pas de chauffage dans la chambre obliger d utilisé un petit soufflant bruyant allez chez Ibis à 100 m beaucoup mieux
