Excellent breakfast. I will miss the pistachio cake especially. Staff are all wonderful. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Pool is beautiful!

I withheld a fifth star simply because, while visiting there was a problem with bugs in the room. While they did send an email about 1 hour in advance of our arrival, we did not see it, unfortunately. And when being checked in, although staff was aware of the situation, no one actually informed us of the situation. The restaurant was closed for our stay - presumably because of the same problem. The bar was open for small plates and drinks, but the service leaves much to be desired. The hotel manager was absent for the duration of our stay and no one was left in charge, about which I wrote and email to her. A response was never received. The hotel is beautiful, and the grounds are lovely. But, for $400 a night, we expect better service, quite frankly.

Beautiful setting and helpful staff. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the bar food looked very good.

Our one night stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was even able to accommodate a last minute booking for a massage in their health area.! Our evening meal was of a high quality alongside the breakfast which offered a wide choice including tasty pastries and cheeses.

I highly recommend this hotel! The resort and grounds are stunning, pristine, peaceful. The room was sparkling clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site overlooking the pool. It was delicious. We had drinks and enjoyed the upper patio that also had great views.

Un séjour idéal dans un cadre magnifique. Une belle chambre au calme, une piscine chauffée et un super petit déjeuner. Restaurant très bien et en plus possibilité de dégustation de vins le jeudi soir.

A simply beautiful property with well-appointed rooms and a stunning view beyond the pool! We had a lovely, relaxing stay and the staff was accompanied and gracious. Ask for a room in the main chateau if it is available!

Beautiful property with magnificent views. The food at Aurore (on-site restaurant) was unbelievably great. Although the front desk staff were very friendly, a bit more of added hospitality would elevate this hotel and the experience.

It was a lovely stop over. We have rebooked for another visit in July

très bel hôtel dans un domaine immense avec vue sur la vallée. Le charme du château a été préservé tout en bénéficiant d'aménagement moderne. Très jolie chambre au calme dans un bâtiment annexe tout aussi beau, et un excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits frais, confitures et gâteaux maison et produits de la région. Enfin le personnel est très agréable et prêt à rendre service

Très bel endroit, au cœur d'une forêt, dans un château et ses dépendances, l'établissement est décoré avec goût. Les chambres sont très confortables et le personnel aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est composé de gâteaux et crêpes, faits maison et raffinés. A tester absolument. Ravie de mon séjour, j'y retournerai, c'est sûr.

We (family of 5) just returned from our trip to France and absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean and the entire staff was so gracious and welcoming. Loved the hotel bar and the on-site restaurant was wonderful after a long day of touring the area. So happy we found this gem!

L'endroit est magnifique, le personnel est très efficace et sympathique, mais c'est notoire car ce sont 4 et non cinq étoiles, le gros défaut c'est que le seul restaurant est abusivement cher et la vérité est qu'il ne vaut pas ce que l'on paie, plus prétentieux que bon. Un Coca-Cola à 7 euros ! Ils devraient également prévenir qu'il y a plus de 4 étages d'escaliers sans ascenseur, nous avons donc une mobilité réduite et avons du mal à nous déplacer partout.
