Amazing room. The largest room we’ve had on our moth long journey. The staff was super kind, friendly and helpful.

Fint hotell, trevlig personal, parkering fanns under hotellet, men där var det riktigt trångt 😃

Very comfortable stay. Very pleased to see the kettle; tea bags weren't replenished every day, but were available downstairs. Good shower and hairdryer. The town centre is within walking distance and also convenient for train and bus stations. Staff are very helpful.

Nous avons passé une nuit à l hotel best Western, la chambre est propre, mais le décor et l éclairage sont sombres et tristes. Ca ne vaut pas du tout un hotel 4* 😒

Hotel rénové très confortable et chambre spacieuse

The staff were amazing, and the hotel was nice, I would stay here again, but I would say I wouldn’t class it as a 4* hotel. The staff however went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be

Mauvaise insonorisation

Fazit: Jederzeit wieder Der private Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist über ein Tor gesichert, das sich mit einem Code öffnet. Die Angestellten an der Reception waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Lift sehr leise und obwohl wir ein Zimmer zur Strasse hatten, empfanden wir das Zimmer als ruhig.

The service in the Reception was very helpfull and personal. I was traveling alone (Leisure) Nice room. I had a great stay:)

Är super nöjd med hotellet och läget. Trevlig personal och det fanns room service. Jag beställde en pizza och den var super god. Deras egna parkeringsplatser var upptagna men man fick en karta till ett parkeringshus där man kunde parkera. Lätt att hitta dit och nära, och gott om platser.

Das Personal war sehr gré und die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Der Zugang zum Parkplatz war etwas unpraktisch. Es gibt nur einen Fahrstuhl, der sehr lange braucht.

We stayed one night and the room was large and quiet, a short walk from a main square with plenty of dining options. Valence isn’t somewhere we’d return to (it was a bit scungy & dirty with little tourist engagement or attractions) - we were just staying overnight on our way to Barcelona, but we’d recommend this hotel to others doing the same. Hotel staff were lovely and we managed to score a car park, which was very convenient.
