Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hotel Europa Suites

The hotel is lovely and just outside of town from St. Moritz with easy access to ski resort by nearby bus. The rooms are modern and spacious with nice details, cozy beds and scrumptious duvets and feather pillows. The spa area is very nice. We enjoyed a generous European breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel.

Besides a loose toilet lid, everything about the hotel was perfect.

Location is not good for me .

The front desk clerk was very nice. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. They have comfy robes to walk down to pool. The pillows & beds were very comfortable & quiet. We ate at the Steak & more restaurant on top floor of the hotel which was superb . We Enjoyed our breathtaking views from our balcony which were picturesque. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast and service. Staff helpful and friendly. Great pool, perfect t for after day of hiking. Lots of connecting trails near by. Free bus travel and got use of cable car/ski pass. Too many hikes to do in 5 days so will happily return. Thanks for a great stay Europa.

Property was slightly outdated. No tea bags or coffee was provided in the room unless for a charge. Hotel staff was ok not super friendly and sometimes could come across a bit rude

Nice sized pool. Jacuzzi looked like it needed a thorough clean though. Matress uncomfortable- past it’s use by date.

No compulsons. No regrets

The staff is outstanding ! Kudos to the team led by Bruno, including Gabor, Gianni and Kennedy at the Restaurant !

Bello, pulizia ottima , camere ampie, personale gentilissimo, servizi ottimi, anche colazione ottima. Hotel fuori StMoritz serve auto o bus/taxi per raggiungere centro. Piscina con idromassaggio e palestra ok. Soggiornato solo una notte non abbiamo cenato in hotel non possiamo dare giudizio su ristoranti (2).

Not clean, zero service, elevator not working, no coffee machine or kettle...not even cups or water in the room...absolutely worse experience

L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile a due o tre km dal centro di St. Moritz. Accanto all'hotel passa una bellissima pista ciclabile dove si possono fare passeggiate o andare in bici immersi nella natura. Personale molto gentile. Camera pulita un po' usata ma tenuta molto bene e calda. Piscina grande e spa piacevole tutto molto pulito e rilassante. Colazione a buffet, quando sono arrivato era quasi finito tutto ma poco dopo hanno rifornito tutto. Ho passato proprio un bel week end. Unica cosa se vogliamo negativa: al momento del check out volevano farmi pagare il parcheggio ma quando ho detto che avevo utilizzato qs app (era incluso) e non altre hanno capito. Forse le camere ai piani superiori hanno una vista migliore di quelle al primo piano. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Leider war es eher ein Abfertigung, kein entgegenkommen da ich kein Frühstück zu mir nehmen konnte (früher Arbeitsbeginn) und keine Alternative angeboten wurde (Lunchpacket etc.)
