Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found). The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good). Spa was not as good as expected. Steam bad was not having good steam and the sauna was small and not as strong as expected.

Schönes neues Zimmer, nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück!

Das Hotel ist den Preis nicht wert! Spiegeleier, Ruhreier und alle anderen «warmen» Speisen waren jeden Tag kalt. Die Teller teils dreckig, die Kaffeemaschine defekt und das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Alle waren am Kaffee trinken. Danach hat man uns dann sehr klar zu verstehen gegeben, dass die Plätze mit Aussicht nur für Gäste mit Halbpension sind. Auf unserem Tisch war im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen kein Reserviert-Schild und wie erwähnt war das Personal am Kaffee trinken, anstatt die Gäste an die korrekten Tische zu weisen. Das Zimmer war gross, hatte aber z.B. keinen Wasserkocher oder die Möglichkeit für einen Kaffee. Die Bademäntel waren alt und zerfranst. Insgesamt den Preis und ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht würdig.

Smukt hotel i virkelig flotte omgivelser. Sødeste personale. Flor morgen buffet. Toplækre værelser. Lækker indendørs /udendørs swimmingpool. Virkelig god pris. kommer helt sikkert igen.

Otroligt mysigt hotell! Fint rum, bra parkering. Servicen var toppen och låg i den mysigaste by jag varit i!! Vi fick tips om en restaurang i Seefeld som var magisk! L5 hette den.

Waren nur für 1 Tag/Nacht da. Im allgemeinen gut, aber der Wellnessbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Außenwhirlpool war nicht befüllt, der Innenwhirlpool ging nicht und war eher kalt.

Spa Bereich in die Jahre gekommen, Whirlpool ohne Funktion, Bademäntel teils gerissen. Kein Wasser oder Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Essenbereich: schöner größer Bereich, leider zu wenig Personal. Kaffeeautomat oft ohne Funktion. Getränkespender, zu lange nicht nachgefüllt. Sauberkeit ist leider auch durch das zu geringe Personal kleingeschrieben. Nachfüllen der leeren Schüsseln zum Frühstück hat sehr lange gedauert!

Tolles Hotel mit Toller Lage!

The room was ok, but lacking a proper balcony. Nice bathroom. We chose half-pansion option at the hotel but were dissapointed a few times: good selection of local specialities but everytime lacking seasoning (!!), one dessert was a disastre! Kind stuff. Breakfast a bit boring, no variety, everyday the same selection. Good location and facilities at the hotel (pool, fitness room)

I have been travelling Austria, France and Italy for two months and stayed in many 4 to 5 star hotels and had 99% friendly service. However, here the staff seemed less than enthusiastic with their jobs. From checkin to leaving early due to staffs over lack of effort or concern to make the stay enjoyable. Felt like this was run like a hostel rather than a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't reccoment stayiing there for a good experience, just a quick no expectations stay.

Super lækkert hotel. Seefeld er en dejlig by med skøn gågade, restauranter med god mad og fint udvalg. Venlige mennesker overalt - og lækker omgivende natur med gode vandrestier!

Fantastisk frukost. Hotellet ligger bra, med gångavstånd till mataffär och restauranger.

Our stay at the Mountain was quite disappointing- not value for money that is for sure. Half of the spa was close, amenities were missing around the spa and the rooms are very basic. The restaurant unfortunately only offered buffet, which was very boring. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was good.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Mountains! Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out waren wir rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war modern und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, das Abendessen und Frühstück war fantastisch und der Wellness-und Fitness- Bereich großzügig und vielseitig. Toller Outdoor-Pool mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☀️💦⛰️
