Essenziale e pulito, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, ottima pizzeria anche gluten free, si può lasciare l auto nel loro parcheggio

Room was fine. Quiet area and very close to the airport. Free pick up and drop off was awesome. Food was yummy. Only issue was some staff did not speak Englihs properly and seemed uninterested to help for that reason.

We chose the hotel primarily for the airport shuttle but were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room was clean and staff were friendly. The shuttle was a fantastic benefit. Breakfast was good but not elaborate. While the hotel is not fancy it is a great value, we stayed our first and last night of traveling. Also, be sure to check out the restaurant downstairs! Fabulous food, great prices and good service.

Albergo situato a pochi km dall’aeroporto di malpensa , buona la qualità complessiva anche se la struttura è datata e avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento , stanze ampie e ben arredate bagni puliti , personale molto cordiale e professionale , prima colazione a buffet abbondante . ristorante di buon livello con prezzi adeguati, cosa molto positiva c’è un servizio navetta gratuito da e per l’aeroporto .

Prisvärt boende med luftkonditionering, snabb shuttle, väldigt trevlig personal, och rena rum med bekväma sängar. Frukosten var god trots rejält med socker i princip allt som erbjöds. Personligen saknade jag ägg och lite mer fullkornsalternativ för en full pott, men det som erbjuds är å andra sidan en ganska vanlig frukost på många hotell i Italien. Jag åt frukost i ca en timme och under den tiden fylldes inte allt på som tömts på frukosten trots att frukosten fortfarande pågick. Jag var där ca 08.40. Pannkakor och ost var tomma och ca 45 min efter att jag anlänt fylldes osten på men inte pannkakorna trots flera barnfamiljer som kom under den tiden och frukostsalen var i princip full. Tror många hade uppskattat lite snabbare påfyllning. Ta med öronproppar då det är mycket trafik utanför, vilket kan hålla dig vaken om du råkar hamna i ett av rummen mot vägen.

The room was very clean, the staff was fantastic, the Wi-Fi worked with no problems. Dinner and breakfast presentations were great and the food was fantastic. The free shuttle service was the best. Pick up and drop off were on scheduled times. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel. Walter

Til tross for ligg lugubre bilder, ble vi overtalt til å bestille her basert på de gode anmeldelsene. Det var en tabbe. Vi var på reise rundt i Italia i 2 uker og skulle avslutte med 2 dager her. Vi fikk et bråkete rom rett mot masse trafikk, det var fult av insekter der, aircondition fungerte ikke bra, senga var knallhard og frokosten var helt tømt for mat til tross for at det var en time igjen. Dette hotellet kan vi ikke anbefale.

Hébergement proche de l’aéroport. Vieil hôtel laissant à désirer. Propreté ok sans plus. Air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait très, très chaud. Proche d’une rue passante donc très bruyant. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus.

Perfect location for the night before an early flight out of MXP. Lovely pizza at the restaurant, good breakfast and the airport transfer was included. Great!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel una notte prima di prendere il volo da Malpensa, in una camera quadrupla. La camera è spaziosa, composta da un letto matrimoniale e da un letto a castello. L’ambiente è pulito anche se è datato, come tutto l’hotel. Il punto di forza è il servizio navetta, dalle 5 alle 22, da e per Malpensa. Sono venuti a prenderci il giorno prima alla stazione ferroviaria di Malpensa e riportati il giorno dopo per prendere l’aereo. Il servizio è stato perfetto. Per chi parte così presto viene fornita anche la colazione al sacco, con 2 dolci, biscottini e crema di arachidi. Non c’è niente da bere, ma tanto in aeroporto non ti fanno entrare con liquidi. Il punto dolente è purtroppo il rumore proveniente dalla statale adiacente. I serramenti essendo vetusti non attutiscono il rumore che proviene dall’esterno, non favorendo il sonno. Comunque per la comodità della navetta credo torneremo. P.S. Al piano di sotto si trova anche il ristorante dell’hotel. Cena buona e con porzioni abbondanti.

Free airport pickup starting at 5 am. We had to get to airport at 4 am and it was a $25 euros surcharge. We book a triple bed room and got a queen and a twin bed with a private bath. Room either runs super hot or too cold. Restaurant dinner status being served at 7 pm, kinda pricy came out to $75 for a dinner for 3. Shower is clogged and basically a bath. Decent place for the price and distance to the airport.

Room seemed to be mostly clean (bathroom and sheets weren't dirty), but not well maintained. It made it feel unclean, scuffed walls, beat up furniture. The wifi doesn't reach the rooms. The traffic can be heard as though the windows are open when they are actually closed. Would not recommend.

We liked this hotel very much. Room was good, breakfast was good, staff were kind and helpful, close to airport and airport shuttle was very helpful. This hotel restaurant was good and affordable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Perfekt hotell inför vår tidiga flygresa. Allt fanns och hotellet var trevligt och personalen hjälpsam. Restaurangen var så fin och välbesökt och på morgonen serverades en god frukost som vi hann äta innan chauffören kom och hämtade upp oss för att skjutsa oss till flygplatsen.
