L'albergo è piacevole. Unico neo è la maleducazione di alcuni turisti stranieri che si presentano in tenuta da notte - pigiama e ciabatte e bigodini - nella sala della colazione: bisognerebbe far loro presente che non è rispettoso degli altri ospiti.

Schönes, sauberes, zentral gelegenes Zimmer, ideal gelegen um die unerschöpflichen Sehenswürdigkeiten derStadt zu Fuß anzusteuern und sich nebenher an den herrlichen Geschäfte der führenden Modehäuser der Welt zu berauschen. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und man kann gut schlafen. Das Personal ist angenehm zurückhaltend und freundlich, so dass wir einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt hatten.

Nettes Zimmer, Bad abgewohnt, bescheidenes Frühstück. Nachts sehr laut von der Straße her.

O Hotel não correspondeu a nossa expectativa. A entrada do Hotel era estranha, nos confundiu, pois é a entrada de um prédio de apartamentos, onde o hotel está localizado no primeiro andar, inclusive tivemos ocasiões de encontrar com moradores de outros andares que olharam pra nós com desagrado, como se estivéssemos incomodando. No quarto, que era pequeno, tinha um armário também pequeno com somente uma porta, mal acomodava a bagagem de uma pessoa. As cortinas eram bem envelhecidas aparentando poeira. As arandelas estavam com partes quebradas. No hall, perto da recepção, os sofás estavam muito sujos, tal como as cadeiras do salão de café da manhã. Nesse salão podíamos observar detalhes em gesso das paredes quebradas devido a batida das cadeiras. Em frente ao salão de café tem uma varanda agradável porém continha objetos velhos acomodados lá quebrando o encanto. A "academia" de ginastica é um espaço pequeno com apenas uma esteira e um outro aparelho para musculação. A equipe de funcionários é muito educada, nos atendeu bem e o café da manha era bom. A localização é muito boa! Não sabemos em que se baseiam para dizer que é um hotel 4 estrelas, mas ficou a desejar quando comparado aos outros onde estivemos nessa viagem.

We loved our stay at Hotel Domus Florentiae! The breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed it out on the balcony while watching the city wake up. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We wish we would have stayed here longer!

The room was very small, it had one window with no view, no light, small TV, something in the bathroom was leaking, no ventilation (yes AC). The breakfast is not American, few options to eat in general and no vegan options. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was delicious as it included the typical pastries, fruits and natural juices. The staff was very friendly. However, the next door establishments were very loud. For the three nights we were there it was impossible to sleep in between the construction noise, loud music, loud conversations all night and early morning long. The room was cleaned and had everything we needed but unless you are traveling without kids and are here to party all night long this is probably not the best option for you.

Giacomo, the staff at the reception is wonderful but this hotel needs major repair and renovation. The room is tiny and the design makes it very hard to use the toilet seat because there is no space. The waters in the shower drains really slow. The lobby is very dirty. There is sewage smell in the elevator and in the lobby area. The hair dryer also does not work. However the hotel is historical and the bedding is clean.

Aunque es un hotel bien ubicado falta mejorar el baño en particular el área de regadera. Si les gusta algo clásico sin renovaciones está bien. Falta pintura en el área de acceso desde el portal hasta el lobby.

Hotel confortevole, discretamente elegante anche se ubicato in palazzo storico un po' trasandato. Personale gentilissimo raffinato e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione varia e ottima con dolce e salato, il tutto di buona qualità. Comodo alla stazione e a due passi dai principali siti monumentali.

Posizione perfetta, ottima colazione.

Very close to train station and piazzo. Unfortunately the floors in the bathroom was very slippery if any water got on it . We had to line it with towels. Great breakfast and staff

The location and the staff are wonderful. This is simply not a 4 star hotel. The staff (wonderful). The furnishings need a really good clean. Breakfast was great, sheets cleaned daily, however the curtains, chairs, couches desperately need cleaning or replacement.

一人旅で利用しました。フロントの方がフレンドリーで良いホテルでした。シャワーが取り外しできたのでよかったです。朝食も美味しかったです。場所が駅から非常に近くてよかったです。

Location, supportive staff , clean, tidy and spacious room and delucious breakfast. The staff went out of their way to peovide us with guidancce and welcoming environment. Highly recommended. Thank you for our memorable stay
