El hotel realmente no es un 4 estrellas al menos para España . El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es pobre la fruta está buena pero el café es malísimo, y bueno en general hay pocas cosas. La habitación es amplia pero antigua y el baño está muy antiguo, en las cortinas de la ducha indica Hotel Mónaco 3 estrellas que es lo que debería ser. Si vas con coche puedes aparcar en la calle pues hay bastantes sitios. Alrededor no hay nada, tan solo un Aldi, si quieres ir al centro de Faro tienen que andar 50 minutos o en coche son como 12 minutos.

One lift was ok in evening but had failed in morning. No notice on upper floors so time wasted waiting for a lift that never came.

Very nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good to be close to the airport + the neighborhood is very calm. Otherwise absolutely not worth the price nor a 4-star-hotel in anyways one can think of.

Hotel bem limpo, cama muito boa, roupas de cama muito boas, funcionários atenciosos. Perto do aeroporto, para mim que tive que ir muito cedo para o aeroporto.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel it is close to the airport and in very quiet neighbourhood the staff were helpful with the exception the cleaner didn’t empty our bins and didn’t replenish on some of the toiletries from the previous day. The breakfast was good.

Good location for the airport with a good breakfast. Check in is always slow.

The room was not properly cleaned on our arrival (old soap from previous customer and crumbs on the chair)

Bel hotel qui meriterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement et de modernisme. Tres confortable, accueil tres sympatique et parking gratuit

Simple hotel which was budget friendly. Staff were pleasant and polite. The hotel just needs a bit of a facelift looks bit old and dark, could do with being brighter with more natural light. Breakfast was reasonably good. Very thin walls however could hear doors slamming and people even running taps from my room.
