This property was just okay. The interior really needs to be updated. The pictures online are either outdated or pictures of a new room that I was not in. I thought there was a pool, there wasn't. The area seemed to be safe. I loved the fact that it was literally a couple of minutes form Copacabana beach. The breakfast was just okay as well. You get what you pay for. My experience wasn't terrible, i'd stay here again.

Ótima estadia! O hotel é muito bem localizado, atendimento muito atencioso, ótimo café da manhã. Acomodação confortável e limpa.

Hotel bom, mas com toda a área de lazer fechada há 10 meses, sem qualquer informação sobre quando fiz a reserva. No calor do Rio de Janeiro a piscina fez falta. Fiquei chateada!

Centric location, close to pharmacies, food places etc. Walking distance from the beach. Overall, clean areas, comfortable bed and quiet. Great buffet for breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience, and it felt safe. The staff were nice. The room looks outdated, but everything works properly.

I liked the convenience, the hotel location and the staff were amazingly nice. I didn’t like or better, I wished the room came with a iron for clothes, toilet brush and the stick to unclog because it clogged twice and tv remote was dead.

Infelizmente, minha estadia não foi boa. A piscina estava fechada e não podíamos ter acesso ao terraço. Não houve qualquer tipo de aviso prévio. O quarto não era parecido com as fotos nem de longe.

A equipe de funcionários do hotel é super cordial, simpáticos. Já ficamos algumas vezes hospedados neste hotel e com certeza voltaremos.

O quarto que me deram tinha uma cama bem desconfortável e um chuveiro que esquentava tanto que não dava para ficar embaixo. Alem disso, o banheiro tinha um cheiro de esgoto enorme e em uma das noites apareceu uma barata pequena. Solicitei a troca na primeira noite e me responderam que todos os quartos são iguais. Conclusao: não voltarei nunca mais para esse hotel.

In general it looks like a decaying premise. The room was spacious with a king bed, not required from me. No adequate space for sitting to work with a computer. Only one very rustic very high small table with two much above the average sitting benchs very unconfortable and dangerous to sit. Television had very few cable channels and the worst ones. In summary I would not recommend this hotel even for an enemy.

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa, desayuno agradable. La limpieza del piso del baño deficiente, había como un derrame de soda que nunca limpiaron.

O Pessoal de atendimento é muito simpatico e prestativo. Liberaram nosso check in mais cedo. Houve uma falha na limpeza do apartamento, que não foi feita , e ao chegarmos no quarto a noite ainda estava desarrumado. Fora isso, o Hotel tem um bom custo beneficio. Café da manha bem servido.

The location is grate. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very nice, however they advertised having a roof top swimming pool that was being refurbished and was not available.

Quarto espaçoso, banheiro enorme e equipe super receptiva e prestativa.

Péssimo. Foia pior hospedagem dos últimos anos. O hotel não cumpre o que promete. Toalhas sujas e manchadas. Cama com colchão muito velho. Hotel sujo. Ar condicionado pingando em cima da cama. A cortina da janela não fechava direito. Não tinha como impedir a entrada do sol. Trocaram de quarto e era ainda pior. Box do banheiro vazava e alagava 9 banheiro. Não voltaria e não recomendaria a ninguém.
