Très bien placé pour visiter Syracuse, si on est véhiculé, avec splendide piscine.

Chambre propre personnel souriant parfait

Malgré sa situation proche de Syracuse, le très bon accueil et la magnifique piscine très bien entretenue, cet hôtel ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles. Chambre correcte mais sombre et peu spacieuse, salle de bains très simple avec cabine de douche étroite. Pas de cafetière, juste une bouilloire. Heureusement nous avons pris une supérieure avec terrasse, qui nous a permis d'avoir plus d'espace et de lumière. Bon petit déjeuner. La dame qui s'en occupe fait ce qu'elle peut avec les moyens qu'elle a et une personne pour la seconder serait utile !

Ottimo albergo, pulito e ben tenuto. Nella nostra prenotazione avevamo la colazione inclusa e devo dire che forse quella non era degna di un hotel 4 stelle, va un pochino migliorata ma nel complesso accettabile. Bella la piscina.

We chose this hotel as it was a bit outside of the main centers of Syracuse and Ortigia. However, we were disappointed that they did not allow us to check in early, even though it was only about an hour to check-in time. They held our luggage for us but then when we left to get lunch to pass time so we could come back and check in, they forgot they had our luggage and were trying to show us straight to our room. The balcony, at least on the first floor, I wish we had not paid for, as it was not private and went straight to the pool area. Bathroom and room were just okay, nothing special. I would recommend maybe trying another accommodation to stay in.

Pernottamento di 3 giorni la scorsa settimana, ottimo hotel a pochi minuti dal centro di Siracusa, personale gentile, parcheggio per la macchina nel cortile dell' hotel, bella piscina per rilassarsi dopo le visite ai posti più interessanti della zona. Esperienza positiva, consigliato per chi dovesse andare in zona.

Extérieurement superbe hotel, piscine extraordinaire, personnel très gentil et efficace très belle chambre avec balcon, grand parking, douche au debit très faible, eau chaude très difficile à obtenir, qualité du petit-déjeuner indigne d'un 4 etoiles : qualité du pain mediocre, jambon et fromage bas de gamme et insipide, croissants abominables, jus industriel, qualité du café irréprochable sans les problèmes d'eau et les petits-déjeuners très bas de gamme l´hôtel aurait mérité une cote de 10...

Staff very kind. One of the travelers uses a wheelchair, the hotel was perfect for his condition. Breakfast excellent! Great location if you have transportation

Franco was very helpful and kind. He took care of our request immediately. Isabella also very kind and helpful. We brought some food from the outside and ate at the breakfast area. Isabella immediately provided dishes and silverware for us. Not only that she also offered to warm up the soup. Bravo to the service attitude of Franco and Isabella!

Bon séjour à l’hôtel Albatros. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles, le petit déjeuner est complet. Il n’y a pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel mais Syracuse est à 10min en voiture (restaurants et supermarchés). Je recommande !

Very modern and clean. Loved it. The staff is just so lovely too.

Et lite, hyggelig hotell i midten av ingenting. Uber/taxi inn til byen kostet mellom 18 og 25 euro hver vei. Servicen og renholdet var meget bra.

Meget venligt personale. Ligger i passende afstand fra byen. Vi havde en meget stor terrasse hvor vi opholdt os meget.
