I don't understand how this can be a 4 star hotel. We stayed on the 6th floor in what I assume is the oldest building, where the gym and pool is. To use these facilities you have to walk past a "Gentleman's club", which I find very strange. But maybe thats just me being naive. The pool facilities were very old and worn down. The water was dirty, which is just gross. It doesn't seem like the pool belongs to the hotel itself, so I guess there is only so much they can do, but if a 4 star hotel really wants to offer their guests a swimming option maybe its time for an upgrade. The aircondition in the room was practically non-existent. It was also locked so we couldn't change any of the settings. We slept with the windows open to the noise of the parking lot We didn't have the breakfast. Staff was friendly. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again and might advise others to consider another accommodation if possible

Rommene på den gamle delen er noe mer slitt. Det er rotete å finne frem på hotellet. Servicen er helt basic.

This is not a four star hotel. Poor rooms, service and breakfast. A disappointment.

L’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un quatre etoiles Nous sommes arrivés en avance et la personne à la réception s’est montrée désagréable et hautaine Le barman qui officiait sur le rooftop le soir n’était pas non plus agréable il ne trouvait soi disant pas le Baileys qui était juste derrière lui puis a mis beaucoup trop de glace et voulait absolument mettre une double dose Quant au chiffon utilisé pour essuyer le verre il n’était pas très propre C’est la première fois que je rencontre un service aussi lamentable dans un quatre étoiles Nous avions choisi une chambre confort dans la partie rénovée de l’hôtel la chambre était bien avec une jolie vue Le petit déjeuner était médiocre L’emplacement est bien situé dans la ville Mais si vous pouvez choisissez un autre hôtel à Klaipeda dans cette catégorie

We (3 adults) stayed in a rather large room, plenty of space, great views, very clean, towels, slippers, bath robes etc. Abundant breakfast for any taste and preference. Use of swimming pool and sauna/steam room were included. Lovely Spa is extra, but worth it (10% off for hotel guests). Restaurants were a bit of hit and miss. The only proper negative was a fold out bed for one of us, although there was plenty of space for a better one and we had to pay extra for it (we booked for 3 guests specifically).

Andra gången jag bor här. Det är ett helt okej hotell. Vi bodde i ett rum med havsutsikt, sängen var ganska hård. Poolområdet trevligt, frukost är okej, inget extravagant.

Nothing was really wrong, but travelling for business most of the time I felt that the hotel could have been better. Minor issues with marks on pillow cases which I just didn’t use, breakfast was chaotic! Don’t know if it was due to the number of guests but instead of doing less options with better quality, the breakfast had many options which were lower quality. Fresh Items were dried out, warm items were cold or empty. Staff did there best looking after a the many options but couldn’t keep up.

Room was ok, just old. Breakfast was one of the worst I have had in many years.. bread seemed stale? The “ omelette” was just very odd. No bacon.. definitely not worth €15.

Jättebra läge och fint rum och trevlig personal. Det som var lite tråkigt var städning av rum, de bara bädda sängen.

It is a 4-star facility with basic services. The staff is friendly and the room was small but clean. Nothing exceptional but in line with the price point.

There are 3 parts in this hotel. We were in old building. There were strange smell in room - propably from carpet. Swimming pool & spa was outdated.

Hissen var lite obehagligt ryckig. AC i rummet fungerade inte så vi hade väldigt varmt. Långt till frukosten. Stor matsal med högt ljud. God och fräsch frukost och mycket trevlig personal. Spa:et var två bubbelstrålar och inte så rent vatten.

Flott hotell

Hotellet var bra men det finns utrymme för flera förbättringar. Incheckningen gick smidigt men sen när vi kom till rummet var inte bäddsoffan uppbäddad plus att det saknades handdukar, det drabbade en annan familj i sällskapet också. Om man vill ha rummet städat sätter man upp en lapp på dörren vilket vi gjorde. Städningen innefattade; ta bort handdukar och kasta på täcket på sängen. Dom rengjorde ingenting, dammsög inte samt plockade bort använda glas. Vi klagade på det och efter en stund var rummet ordentligt städat. Frukosten var helt okej, det fanns det man behövde. Barnen älskade våfflorna med alla tillbehör. Det var rent och fint i matsalen. Poolen, bastu och gym var väldigt bra. Det var en skön temperatur i luften vid poolområdet så man kunde sitta och njuta i timmar. Poolen var dock lite för kall för min smak, men barnen badade i flera timmar. Hotellet ligger bra med promenadavstånd till vid flera restauranger. Jag skulle inte säga att hotellet är 4-stjärnigt utan mer 3-stjärningt. Överlag ett helt okej hotell för både familj och vänner.
