Literie bien mais pas top Les rideaux n’occultent pas la lumière le matin Sinon tout était parfait petit déjeuner incroyable pour un prix très modéré

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour à Aigues-Mortes et nous reviendrons :) Seul le WiFi pourrait être mieux. Autrement tout était super avec la chambre Prestige.

Les points positifs : Le calme, la cour fermée à l ombre des platanes,les chambres spacieuses et lit confortable et agréable. Bon rapports qualité prix car possibilité de profiter des espaces de détente gratuitement. Les points à améliorer : Travaux à prévoir car légère odeur désagréable d égout dans la chambre. Climatisation bruyante. Au petit déjeuner jus de fruits et salade de fruits ne sont pas fait avec fruits frais. Au tarif pratiqué un effort pourrais être fait car charcuterie et fromage , croissant de très bonne qualité. L hôtel est agréable mais pourrait être modernisé.

Beautiful hotel which should have been a memorable experience however one person at the front desk totally ruined our whole experience. Golden rule of hospitality is first impression is everything and your front of office is always first impression. We were treated so poorly by the rude, unhelpful, unkind and actually nasty front of desk manager that we will never return nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone. There were numerous incidents regarding directions to the parking garage, to my knowledge of directions, to access to the sauna, to the WiFi which was not working , to luggage access to our room up two flights of stairs…but the cherry on the top was when I called reception to let them know there was no “soap” in the bathroom was that I was told I “must come downstairs to get it.” I don’t care this is a 5 star establishment…no hotel 1 or 5 star has no soap in the bathrooms and then tells you to fetch it. When said person whom I shall not name realised by the tone in my voice that that was the final straw, he quickly ran up to the room with a bar of soap. I always read reviews for hotels before I book and the first 10 reviews for Villa Mazarin are all 5 star! Once I started reading further after my encounter with this rude staff member it became clear this is an ongoing serious problem at this establishment. The next morning at the hotel I was told hey are aware of the problem and he is a problem. Sort out your rude staff or Villa Mazarin is not worth visiting

This hotel has a lovely courtyard, large confortable rooms with a large bathroom, a convenient location, and some of the nicest food we have had in the south of France. You cannot go wrong with Villa Mazarin. The dinner was delicious and drinks tasty. When you walk the walls ans ramparts be sure to look in at the villa from above for a lovely perspective.

Pure elegance! The room was spectacular, the staff, indoor pool, fitness room, and courtyard were all top notch. The food, outstanding! To stay inside the walls of the medieval city of Aigues Mortes was a dream. ❤️
