Bom hotel no centro de Toledo com acesso difícil porém com ótimo atendimento .Quartos pequenos porém com ótimo conforto .Cafe da manhã fantástico .

Beautiful hotel

Un hotel precioso y el trato de todos los empleados igual de bueno. La cena en el restaurante de mucha calidad y la ubicación mejor imposible. Ha sido una experiencia perfecta

Ubicación excelente para moverse a pie, pero el aparcamiento es un tema muy complicado en la zona y el hotel no dispone de acuerdos con ningún parking.

O hotel é lindo, predio historico, cheio de cultura e beleza, quarto muito confortável, limpo, excelente localização, dentro das muralhas, mas acho que para um 5 estrelas, deveria ser um pouco mais! O pessoal foi educado, mas nada demais, solicitamos um city tour nao,conseguiram resevar, uma massagem tambem nao tinha horario, enfim, esperava mais para o nivel do hotel e bem poderia ter uma piscina, porque no calor de Toledo no verao, cai muito bem um banho de piscina pos passeios pelas ruas da cidade e alguma atração noturna ou no final da tarde, tipo um piano no barzinho, enfim… hotel lindo mas faltou alguma coisa para um 5 estrelas!!

Good location. Close by convenient parking. 18euro per 24 hours. Large room. Chose it for reviews about excellent staff. Was disappointed. No one was there at the front desk when we went to check-in. The phone was ringing and ringing. Eventually we flagged someone down. She was fine, not apologetic but okay. Next morning front desk reception person was super friendly, warm, genuine, and helpful. For the price, double other hotels, will look elsewhere next time.

The staff are 100 percent amazing!! So friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Bien ubicada

Located on a a very hilly part of Toledo, this hotel was stunning. It was extremely clean, air conditioning was perfect given the hot July temps, and the rooms were very spacious! The staff could’ve been friendlier but we still enjoyed our stay as a family. Would definitely return!

It was as wxpected

The rooms, bathrooms and common spaces were comfortable and beautiful but there were not enough staff. Service in the bar for example was extremely slow as there was only one bartende, who also needed to serve as waiter and cashier, in a large space that was very busy. It was also unclear what snacks or food was available in the bar area and we noted several other clients had the same question.

Hôtel très cosy et bien placé par rapport à toutes les principales visites . Décoration optimale dans le hall + bar . Il semble exister 2 catégories de chambres : une à la décoration vintage et l’autre plus moderne . J’étais dans une chambre vintage mais j’ai très bien dormi et la sdb était spacieuse . Délicates attentions : bouteille d’eau en verre et bonbons à la violette ; crème pour le corps en tube d’excepté qualité. Plateau de courtoisie avec capsules de café . Seul le thé doit être mieux choisi : sa qualité doit être conforme aux 5 étoiles .

Loved Toledo, but service level at the hotel was less than excellent. The front desk manager seemed under pressure. "We can't have umbrellas for all the guests" he declared when we asked for one.

Excellent

This hotel sits in a cute little dead end cobblestone street among residential properties, but only a few short blocks from the main attractions. As a result, it was quiet, but still convenient to everything we wanted to see. It felt like staying in the noblewoman's lovely old house, which it was. The breakfast buffet was typical, fresh and adequate.

What an amazing experience to stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. The room was beyond 5 stars and spacious.The location is a 5-10min walk to the Cathedral, shopping, food, the main square. We felt safe to walk the streets and 50ft from the hotel is a coin laundry that we used.
