Beautiful hotel in an excellent location - absolutely perfect. The public parking garage associated with the hotel is about a block away and would be challenging to navigate with anything larger than the midsize SUV that we had - it has plenty of spaces, particularly two levels down, but it's really tight.

Ver nice stay. Close to about everything. Just do not try to get to the exact address by gps. I would go here again!

Bel hôtel ..décoration romantique...mais peu insonorisé tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur...(très bruyant) ...difficilement accessible lorsqu'on arrive en voiture...parking à proximité mais difficile à trouver surtout lorsqu'on ne parle pas la langue...(parcours du combattant !) 😄

Hotel con excelente relación calidad precio. Muy céntrico y a la vez tranquilo. En un precioso antiguo palacio. Cama muy cómoda. Personal atento y servicial. Desayuno bueno y abundante, con zumo de naranja natural y fruta cortada variada. Si regreso a Granada volvería a él sin dudarlo.

Gem of a property with a fantastic selection of tapas bars just outside the doors.Patron noise goes well into the early morning but that’s to be expected! True superstars are the hotels staff who are extremely professional, warm and accommodating.

chambre 3 à éviter au RDC bruits de la rue jusqu à 2h du matin. je bruit des canalisations des chambres du dessus jusqu à 3h du matin (WC douche) chambre très sombre contrairement aux photos du site et cerise sur le gâteau lors de notre arrivée nous demandons pour le petit déjeuner on nous répond que c est complet ! donc petit déjeuner à l extérieur.. pour un palaccio c est inadmissible. le site indique parking à disposition. merci c est faux il se garer dans un parking public pour info arrivée à 18h.. prestations incompatible avec le tarif pratiqué compte tenu du nombre d heures ou nous avons pu dormir. dernier point la literie est dure...

Wonderful hotel. The staff Seferina and Nuri were great. They are both very helpful where to eat and what to do in Granada.

Surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants. You really are a stones throw from everything. Beautiful decor and quirky features.Happy to recommend.

A fantastic hotel in a great location.

Struttura molto bella. Si tratta di un antico palazzo restaurato, con interni veramente gradevoli. La posizione è centralissima, che è un pregio ma la sera/notte la gente rimane in giro fino a tardissimo e puó essere rumorosa a tratti.

I was not expecting such luxury. It's a beautifully maintained historic building with every modern convenience. Close to public transportation and restaurants (including vegan), and walking distance to the Granada Cathedral.
