Our stay at Duran Hotel was delightful. We wished we could have stayed longer and dined at the restaurant, which boasts a unique historical significance. The hotel features numerous works by Salvador Dalí, along with photos showcasing moments shared between Dalí and the hotel’s owners—though we were unsure if they were the original homeowners or the current hotel owners family. The decor strikes a beautiful balance between old and new, creating a charming atmosphere. Additionally, its location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to major attractions. However, I did have an issue with the parking arrangements. I specifically searched for hotels that offered parking when making our reservation, but upon arrival, we discovered there was no on-site parking available. We had to park in a nearby structure, which cost about 18 euros. While it wasn’t too far from the hotel, it was not what we had anticipated. Overall, despite the parking inconvenience, we would be happy to return to Duran Hotel for another stay.

Chambre très propre et très fonctionnelle La literie est confortable, la chambre est bien insonorisée, nous avons été côté ville mais pas été perturbés par le bruit. La décoration de l’hôtel est très sympa et originale.

Schönes, älteres Hotel im Zentrum. Grosse, gut erreichbare parkgarage. (20 m vor dem Hotel links abbiegen.) Hervorragendes stilvolles Restaurant.

Excellent stay, had a good night's sleep, very comfortable bed, we enjoyed the breakfast. Central for exploring the capital of Alt Empordà. we were travelling from Malaga to Norway and would love to come back to discover the city and surrounding area. Salvador Dalí was a frequent guest and dedicated patron of Hotel Duran, visiting it regularly to enjoy traditional local cuisine. Parking in the garage was a good option

Classy place, design

2 nuits dans cet hôtel que je recommande, chambre très propre, spacieuse, bien insonorisée et agréable. Personnel courtois. Petit déjeuner très correct peut être un peu cher pour ce qu il y a de proposé mais très bon.

Hotel histórico, mas com instalações reformadas e confortáveis. Restaurante excelente e localização perfeita. Ótimo custo-benefício.

Un personnel serviable et aimable La chambre bien placée à l’arrière de l’hôtel donc calme et chambre propre ainsi que le couloir. Petit déjeuner excellent et Parking à 100 mètres avec un emplacement temporaire devant l’hôtel pour déposer ses bagages. Tout est parfait

Elegant, old world style hotel with spacious modernized rooms. Excellent breakfast. Terrific central location. An excellent base for exploring Figueres.

Met dit hotel kom je in de juiste sfeer om Dali expo te zien. Mooi hotel op paar minuten afstand van museum. Dali kwam dikwijls in dit hotel.

Right on the Plaza and easy walk to Dali Museum, this hotel is a favorite.

Geweldige receptionist, hielp met de auto parkeren en museum Dali reserveren. Met de tomtom kom je niet bij Hotel Duran. Tegen verkeer ingereden!

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Hotel Duran. It was a clean, comfortable and well maintained hotel with an excellent breakfast. Staff were helpfully and friendly and the hotel was just off the Rambla making all the steps an easy walk.
