The beds were very hard. They didn’t turn the AC on because the hotel feels that it was cool enough outside. We don’t agree with that. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was very helpful at all times. The small bar and CAFE was a pleasure to have and relax at. Location was excellent

We left the train station in Lucca, put in the address of La Luna and had a wonderful short walk, less than a mile into the town of Lucca and to the Hotel La Luna. We were greeted by hotel staff who quickly got us into our rooms, two couples-two rooms. The rooms were nice and would be considered average. The highlight of the hotel is the morning breakfast (included in the fee), an attached bar and lounge and directly across the street, about 60 feet, a very nice restaurant. Please note that if you have difficulty with stairs, it seems all the rooms were above the main floor and carrying suit cases or walkers could be a problem. The hotel is in the center of town and is very accessible to everything Lucca has to offer. We did find our room was overlooking the restaurant and trying to get to sleep before the restaurant was closed created some difficulty. If we stay there again, we would ask for a room away from the street.

Ett hotell mitt i stan med lugn atmosfär och bra service.

Don’t stay here on a weekend if you don’t like to party. The rooms overlook a busy square where they have extremely loud amplified performances until midnight (particularly unfortunate on the night when I had an early morning train). And then the street cleaners come at 6am. The windows don’t close very well and all the sound in the square reverberates into the room. So it would be fine if you are someone carousing out there until midnight.

Welcoming staff. No issues at all. Lovely outside area for drinks. Could have breakfast outside if so wished. Very reasonable bar prices. Would definitely stay here agan 😀

Hotel a due passi da piazza Anfiteatro, camera e bagno spaziosi. Colazione sia dolce che salata.

Had a 4 night stay here with friends as we attended a concert in town. The hotel and staff were wonderful. Every need was taken care of, and even bought more JD when we managed to empty stock. Really look forward to returning soon.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Hôtel très sécurisé avec nécessité d'avoir une clef pour accéder au bâtiment. Le personnel est très sympatique.
