This location is perfect just one block from palaces and gardens. The property is beautiful kept is on a street with historic charm, its safe and easily accessible. The staff really tops, very friendly and accommodating and the room and breakfast are both a great value. I couldn't have been more happy with my stay and highly recommend.

The hotel is located right next to Sanssouci Park, which is very convenient if that is your main destination in Potsdam. However, the location is less practical for most other activities, such as restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Reaching the edge of Potsdam’s old town requires a fairly long walk, including a steep uphill/downhill section with stairs. There is no restaurant on site, so guests need to go into the city for lunch or dinner. That said, the breakfast was excellent, and the room itself was quiet, comfortable, and well equipped with pleasant amenities. The minibar was empty, however, and I would have appreciated it being stocked.

Very nice spa on the basement floor. Main Entrance has a special light red carpet that will make you feel as a special guest visitor. The hotel is more beautiful from the outside rather than inside.

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. 4 Sterne aber würde ich nicht vergeben. Da gibt es vergleichbare Hotels die deutlich besser sind . Platzangebot im Zimmer geht so. Überall Treppen ohne Fahrstühle. Ich frage mich wie ältere Gäste ihre Koffer in die Zimmer bringen sollen. Personal im Frühstücksbereich nicht wirklich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Personal an der Rezeption top

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage zur Stadt und Schlosspark Sanccouci. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Aussichtsturm. Potsdam lässt sich von hier aus gut zu Fuß erkunden. Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Bei nächster Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gut gelegen. Das besondere am Hotel ist seine wunderschöne und individuelle Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten.

Ankom kl 22:30 og fandt nøglen som anvist i telefonen. MEN Nøglen passede ikke i værelses døren og Ingen tog telefonerne. Vi ringede 7 gange. .... rigtig dårlig service. Til sidst lykkedes det ved egeng hjælp at finde en anden nøgle. Men det tog et time. Bortset fra det var hotellet rigtig fint.

Das Hotel hat einen besonderen Flair und die Umgebung ist auch schön. Vom Turm gibt es eine tolle Aussicht und im Sommer ist der Garten bestimmt noch schöner.

Utrolig fokuseret på gæsterne uden at gå over stregen. Meget charmerende og personlig indretning.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in einem wunderschönen Hotel. Ich habe selten ein so freundliches Personal erlebt. Hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit groß geschrieben. Vor allem die netten Gespräche am Abend an der Bar werden uns in Erinnerung bleiben.

The hotel is located up in the hill near the palace. Many things in Potsdam city is located far from the central station, and this hotel was the same. So we took a taxi to get there, but we figured how to get around with public transportation next day and it was easy. Beautiful hotel, and have everything you need, breakfast had so many choices and very fresh!
