Muito bem localizado no centro histórico de Roma, próximo à Fontana di Trevi. Ótimo café da manhã, quarto limpo, bom tamanho, banheiro muito bom, cama muito confortável. A internet pode melhorar.

Very friendly staff, wonderful location, excellent room service. We gave them 5 stars, but there could be improvement. Our bed was two twin beds placed together, and we would get stuck in the crack in between.

Small hotel with 5 star service. Great Staff and near main attractions in the city. Walking distance from Spanish Steps in one direction and same to the Fontana de Trevi. Will be back.

Location is very convenient to all attractions, service excellent, room clean, breakfast delicious! Enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly recommend this little gem to others!

Localização fantástica. Confortável e limpo. O inconveniente é o horário do café da manhã as 7:30h, tivemos que sair do hotel se nos alimentar, por causa do horário do nosso voo, o atendente não disponibilizou nada para ao menos levarmos e comer no táxi, eu estava com criança e mesmo assim ele negou. No mais, o hotel é bom.

Great hotel, in a a convenient location that has been refurbished to a nice standard. 24/7 staff are very helpful. Rooms are noisy but as expected for being in the middle of Rome.

Great place

Located in close proximity to many of the tourist sights, shopping, and the metro station which makes it even easier to visit Rome. Wonderfully helpful staff with impeccable English for travellers who speak little Italian

Lovely hotel. In perfect location to walk to everything. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Only downfall if I had to say was the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor (told staff and they gave lots of spare towels to clean up). Apart from that it was amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel and would visit again.

Historical palace next to Piazza di Spagna close to many points of interest. Friendly and professional staff. Clean. Rooms made daily.

Service is a 5 out 5. Every staff member was exceptional. The issue comes down to room itself. The fan in bathroom dus not work. Shower door is half the length of the opening so the bathroom floor gets soaked. Coupled with no functioning fan, one ends ip with a very soggy, humid bathroom. Walls are thin. You can hear a pin drop and everything from nearby rooms. Construction was likely going on nearby and that was disruptive. Windows are not sound proof. No hooks to hang things. Location close to metro, that is a plus. Hot water and pressure excellent. Staff was excellent. If i could give a rating to the staff again a 5 out of 5!

Todella siisti huone ja hyvät sängyt sekä tyynyt. Siivous joka päivä ja todella palvelu altis henkilökunta. Aamiainen hyvä. Vahva suositus, ei mitään huonoa sanottavaa.

Central location for activities in Rome

Location is superb, walking distance to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and a metro station. Room was small but it was clean. I do wish they restocked the tea and add tissue. I saw some complained about the elevator but for me it was the best part, very unique, I loved it. Check-in staff was super nice and helpful and the hotel offers free tours around the city!

Really central so easy to walk to most places, great staff and beautiful hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Second stay, will definitely return.
