Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma

Always the best staff and service at this great hotel , we are sorry to be home .

We would have expected more. The service was unfortunately only mediocre and the regulations for the use of the pool questionable. The obligation to buy swimming caps for €6 each as an obligation raises questions.

He ido varias veces a este hotel y normalmente genial. Pero esta vez la habitacion en cuestión no estaba tan bien. La madera de los marcos de la puerta de la ducha y la propia puerta se deberian haber sustituido hace años, la madera en la parte inferior estaba en muy malas condiciones, poco higienico. La temperatura de la habitacion no se podia regular. Solamente apagar o encender y hacia calor. La ventana estaba rota y no cerraba por lo que lo sellaron con cinta americana. Sabiendo que en otras ocasiones la habitacion estaba bien, no entiendo porque esta habitacion en concreto estaba tan mal. El restaurante esta bien, sirven buena cena y el desayuno es muy completo. Dado que suelo estar en este hotel por temas de trabajo, no he utilizado nunca el pase gratuito del Spa.

I expected more to be honest especially for the prices. Ive used the spa facility before and that is brilliant but this was the first time staying. Lobby looks great but rooms need renovating. There was also a christmas party on one of the nights so music was quite loud and could be heard in the room thankfully it wasn't on till very late but still not what you expect when staying at a soundproof hotel. The spa hours are also restricted some days so we were unable to use the facilities during our stay. Other hotels have extended hours for guests and earlier opening times.

Ótimo hotel, com staff muito atencioso e prontos a resolver qualquer demanda. Café da manhã fantástico. Muito limpo.

The hotel itself was in a nice elevated position, sound proofing not great and every night there was very loud music til early hours. Not geared up for non Portuguese visitors language wise. The pool was nice, but the decking around it needs repair and was bit of a shock when the sprinklers came on as we were lying on Sunbeds! The spa looked lovely but we decided against it when told you could only enter if wearing a swimming cap - sort of kills the relaxed vibe! Staff were nice, limited food and drinks on offer when we arrived, but the bar sandwiches were great. Restaurant food was ok, but very reasonably priced

Fabulous as always , the staff , food and amenities are excellent . I look forward to my stays here .

Cumpriu o esperado, apenas para dormir depois de um casamento. Quarto bom, com boa cama e todos os essenciais. Nada a apontar

The hotel is beautiful , the restaurant food is excellent and choice of breakfast is fabulous . All the staff are wonderful , it’s always a very nice experience staying here .

Camera con mobilio old fashion, letti piccoli e moquette sul pavimento. A mio avviso un po' troppo caro per il servizio e l'ambientazione.

Nous avons été déçus d'avoir une chambre avec 2 lits séparés. Le Spa ne fonctionne pas a 100% Nous attendions plus de prestations à ce tarif là

Always a very pleasant stay at this hotel , the food , spa and the suite rooms are all adequate for a business trip . Staff are generally very helpful .

Not like the photo. Bathroom has hair throughout. When checking in was told there was only 1 double room left, but there was zero people in the hotel. So one of us couples had to sleep in 2 twins. We even had the breakfast, and spent time in the lobby. In total we saw 1 family of 4 & a solo woman. Didn’t hear any doors shut on our floor, nor talking. Restaurant food was the best part!
