The staff was great. The location is great. The room itself was really nice and spacious. However the air conditioning didn’t work during my stay, which is why I specifically selected this hotel in the midst of a heat wave. The hotel adjusted the cost for me which was really nice and they were amenable to that. The garden/patio area, however, is also not accessible like a regular hotel. You can’t go out after 9pm which isn’t ideal when you want to relax in fresh air and just have outdoor space, etc. I wouldn’t call this a real amenity since it’s closed most of the time. However overall it was a nice hotel with an elevator, luggage storage, bottled water for sale, and close to the old city center. Good, empathetic people working the reception. I’d stay there again — as long as that AC works :)

Das kleine Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

The staffs in fromt were very slow and uncaring. Looked tired and a kind of upset. Moreover, house keeper just throw away all my toothbrush, toothpaste, personal shampoo and lotion in the bathroom. I had to buy them all. Thru my 40+ years of traveling in the world I never experienced like this. Hard to believe.

A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago.

Espectacular caserío transformado en hotel, conservando su estructura original. Todo perfecto, estadía con habitaciones tranquilas, grandes, modernas y limpias. Excelente servicio de recepción.
