The rooms were cleaned and staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok. The rooms were very warm and we could not make it cooler. There is not AC just the radiators to warm up the rooms. We left the window opened and closed the valve that was so supposed to turn off the heater but it didnt work right away. Location is good and walka distance to the downtown.

Café da manhã bom, quartos limpos, recepcao muito limpa e arrumada, atendentes educados e simpaticos, localização muito boa, pedimos para trocar de quarto, pois o nosso não tinha cadeira e mesa, fomos prontamente atendidos, o único porém é o check out, 10 hs da manhã, muito ruim esse horário

Hotel com ótimo custo-benefício. Perto do centro, há poucos minutos a pé de bons restaurantes. Tem a conveniência de ter o restaurante El Mercado há poucos metros, e um supermercado na esquina. Atendimento atencioso e o quarto bastante aconchegante e moderno.

Sweet little hotel out of the super touristy area of town but just a few minutes walk from it, with plenty of dining options along the way, and very close to the water's edge, parks and famous Ushuaia sign. But bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, because if you get the front side of the hotel, you'll be woken up by locals on their motorcycles. Breakfasts were a mixture of European and North American, with something to please most.

This hotel is very clean and near a main shopping area as well as walking along the harbor. The only thing I did not like was that my room faced a busy street. Good view of the harbor but there were loud motorcycles until Late at night. I had to use earplugs because I had to keep a window open. Room was a little warm when I got there. Remember they don’t need AC. Wish I had brought my portable fan. I was there in late February, early March. It still their summer but quite chilly out.

There was nothing notable about this place. Average in every way.

Highlights: Veey good breakfast included. Loved the heated floors in the room. Large bed, lots of space. Helpful front desk!

Excelente estancia, el hotel cómodo, bonito, y funcional, los detalles de madera en la habitación crean un ambiente relajado, excelente para descansar. Buen desayuno y buena atención de todo el personal, sin duda regresaría.

Location

Localização excelente, na avenida principal, tudo ao redor e fizemos tudo a pé, fora os passeios. Hotel charmoso, ótimo atendimento, quarto ótimo. Não tenho do que reclamar.

Recomendo

The property is located on the main shopping street (San Martin) and was conveniently located to the waterfront and touring operators, etc. There were plenty of options for dining nearby - all within walkable distance. A couple of issues had to do with: (1) loud motorcycles revving up each night that seemed to go on for several hours, as well as loud talking in the street below; (2) the fact that there is no air conditioning, which meant we had to open one of the (tiny) windows to try to get some airflow (since we visited in December which is summer in Ushuaia); (3) the elevator is pretty small and the three of us could not take it up together with our luggage...we had to do two trips.

The staff was friendly in providing information we were looking for service flexibility with holding luggage after check out.

Clean and walkable hotel. The room was a bit small, perhaps because it had two beds (one extra twin bed), so we lacked space for our suitcases.

Pontos Positivos: - No começo da rua SAN Martín e ao lado do principal supermercado Lá Anônima - Bebedouro com água gelada e quente à vontade - Máquina de café/chocolate: 2.500,00 pesos - Localização excelente - Quartos confortáveis, frigobar nos quartos, Pontos Negativos: - Wi-Fi lento e pessimo o sinal nos quartos - Café da manhã muito simples! As responsáveis em repor as coisas são muito preguiçosas, tem que ficar chamando toda hora. Única proteína no café da manhã é o ovo mexido. - Banheira sem tapete com risco de escorregar. Muito cuidado! - Check-out na maioria dos hotéis é ãs 10h da manhã e eles não são flexíveis.

Ótima localização, excelente limpeza no apartamento, bom café da manhã e equipe muito amável.
