I made this booking as part of a birthday suprise for my Partner, the staff did not stop but go above and beyond at every turn to make her birthday a great suprise for when we arrived to the hotel. They were able to arrange a platter, and pastries suprise with happy birthday and Balloons in the room with a card from their team!! It was an unforgettable experience for both of us I would highly recommend it! Also a a huge thank you to Liliana who helped organise the suprise and helped make the trip so memorable.

1-night stay while traveling for pleasure. Accommodations were fine, though we had some ants in 1 particular area of room. Staff was very nice, professional and friendly.

Stayed with my niece lovely hotel, excellent breakfast. Found room to be a bit small for 2. I also found buffet dining to be expensive. Our first night there was A Tuesday and they have live music on Tuesday until 10 pm. It was very loud and made sleeping impossible until music ended. Not my favorite aspect of a hotel.

Settled in new town Albufeira and close to the beach, the strip and tons of great restraunts and stores. Rooms are remarkable and staff is warm, friendly and always happy to help. Highly recommended staying here!

Amazing hotel , good location and lovely rooms. Service perspnell were welcoming. Ig anything could have benefited from indoor pool but otherwise cant fault it much

Wonderful hotel with all the necessary amenities inside and outside. The hospitality of staff is welcoming and helpful, great customer service. The deep tissue massage was perfect with an amazing view! Would recommend

Wij werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen bij het inchecken. Er werd duidelijke uitleg gegeven over alles in en rond het hotel. Als up-grade kregen wij een kamer met zeezicht. Waren ruime kamers. Badkamer met bad, douche en toilet. Gratis koffie en thee op de slaapkamer. Minibar tegen betaling. Ruim balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad en zee. Gunstig gelegen t.o.v. winkels en restaurants. Royal ontbijt. Aan alles is gedacht. Echt een hotel om naar toe te gaan.

Modern hotel, centrally located, great breakfast. Clean and well decorated rooms.

The amenities are great - pool and it's walkable to the beach.

We loved this hotel for its location, close to three beaches. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The breakfast was very good, in a nice setting and the stuff was welcoming and helpful. The reception stuff, particularly Guilherme, Carlos, and Anastasia, was multilingual and very competent, offering us suggestion for our daily trips. Last but not least, the hotel has a large, airy atrium, a social space and even a small library.

The property offers a great central location close to beaches, shopping and all within a walking distance. The breakfast is excellent with great service. Staff very courteous and helpful. Nice Ocean views from room to view a Sunrise or sunset depending on which side you are at.

The hotel breakfast is very good. From the hotel to the old town centre is 30 minutes leisurely walking. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
