Warm welcome, excellent location for the Marlowe Theatre and city and nice breakfast

The breakfasts were scrumptious!!! Location was five minutes away from Canterbury cathedral and the main drag. Staff were very attentive, friendly and polite. Shoutout to Paul, Jenny and Lauren!

Lovely staff, comfortable room, breakfast was great.

Great property in a great location. Easy walking distance to the historical centre and we could see the catheral from our window. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Keep in mind this is accommodation above a historical pub. The stairs are narrow and there will be some creaking. But it was surprisingly quiet and things shut down by 10 pm. Only downside from my perspective was that we stayed 3 nights during a heat wave on the top floor with no air conditioning. Nothing the pub could do about that and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The included breakfast was fantastic. I would return.

All around excellent hotel. Glad we chose it for our stay in Canterbury.

The room was very clean had a nice comfy bed we felt well rested the following morning ,The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was absolutely delicious..definitely stay there again.

Great location and setting. Staff friendly and efficient, breakfast was very nice indeed. Bed was really comfortable.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Our room was fantastic and really enjoyed the breakfast. I would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay again if we are ever fortunate enough to return to Canterbury.

Gorgeous view from the room with the river running by; nice variety of teas, coffee & biscuits; tasty vegan meals in a relaxing restaurant ; friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Canterbury and would stay at The Millers Arms again.

Everything about it was lovely.

Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, offered local advice and provided numerous accommodations to meet our dietary restrictions. We absolutely would return.
