The floors of the room was super dirty. On second day had to call reception to get it cleaned then saw the guy do it and for a large room he just put the mop in the bucket once and cleaned the entire room without repotting the mop in the bucket which explains it. Nice facilities for children, close to angry bird park, at dinner you have to pay for water and you also have to pay to use the safe which is ridiculous. But nice view, great pool, great activities for children. The sea room view are great.

Licht gedateerd; kan een moderniseringslag eel gebruiken. Erg vriendelijk personeel; service-/klantgericht. Goed ontbijt.

Hôtel propre avec une jolie vue sur l’ocean . Les repas sont variés et de bonne qualités. Un côté piscine avec espace enfant et une autre piscine plus calme. Personnel agréable et disponible. 2 plages accessibles à pied via un chemin le long de l’océan agréable pour la baignade et les activités nautiques. Manque simplement un distributeur d’eau pour les demies pensions.

Always able to get a sunbed. The hotel is so convenient for the coastal walk into Amadores. We were half board and enjoyed the food. Lots of variety each night.

No tenían peine ni pasta de dientes en la habitación ni un kit me pareció muy incomodo

We loved our stay here. We had a fabulous room and time in the Thalasso pool. It would have been even better if - our bed had 8 legs instead of 7. As crazy as this sounds, it was 2 single beds pushed together, one deliberately with 3 legs which meant dependant on where you sat on that bed, there was always a leg off the floor, so when you moved, the legs were hitting the floor in turn. Under the bed was cleaned of dust. The jacuzzi had been scrubbed.

Great resort, staff where brilliant, highly recommended (but don’t forget to bring your own iron 🙃)

Gammalt hotell som underhållits väl. Maten sådär för att vara 4stjärnigt all inclusive men drickan väldigt bra. Dock fick man bara pappersmuggar vid poolen vilket inte känns hållbart eller trevligt. Hade varit bättre med plastglas

Servicen riktigt bra. Drickan väldigt bra för att vara all Inclusive. Maten lämnade dock en del att önska som 4stjärnigt hotell. Billigare råvaror än andra motsvarande hotell vi bott på och även om det var en rätt stor variation av rätter så kändes maten inte jättekul. Hotellet i övrigt känns lite gammalt men underhållet. Hissen ner till strandpromenaden helt genialisk. Hade de kunnat förbättra maten hade detta varit ett givet hotell på nästa resa!

Lovely eighth stay here!! Room in block 4 level 3 had great sea views. Good excellent of food throughout the day. Puerto Rico is an easy walk along the front .

Return visit to a wonderful hotel with two great pools overlooking the ocean.

Flott opphold

Vi var på en ukes ferie min datter, to barnebarn og jeg. Hotellet er flott og familie vennlig. Maten er veldig god og personalet vennlige og service minded. De ser ut til å trives med jobben og kollegene sine. Hyggelig å se. Litt mye støy når 250 mennesker skal spise sammen, men etter noen dager blir man vant til det!

Store fine rom med flott utsikt, bra bassengområde, spa og stort utvalg til frokost. Dessverre mye trøbbel med heisene og synd at de lar folk holde av solstoler med håndklær uten at disse benyttes. Litt kjedelig utvalg av mat i snackbar.

It is a very huge hotel but the different blocks have a roof with a package off relaxing possibilities (swimmingpool, (snack)bars loungers for sunbathing, gaming oppertunities etc.). The rooms are perfect, with a great see view, a balcony and clean. Besides that the servicepeople are nice, polite and very helpful. And the food is good with a lot of diversity. SO clean, attentive staff, breakfast could be a little better but standard for a hotel this busy!

Overraskende at det ikke var dører på halvparten av rommene til WC. Vi fikk byttet til rom med dør. Resturanten hadde dårlig middagsmat. Frokost ok.

Mkt bra

Vi trives godt på hotellet.Men nederste heis var ute av drift i 10 av 14 dager.Det er ikke godt nok ,og bi fikk ingen kompensasjon,
