Our room was clean, staff great.

Charge an extra 55$ for nothing, cigaret smell, gym closed, rigid on check in

Staff was friendly, but not prompt. They dont clean the room daily. Had to ask several times

It’s a great location to walk to Ford Field

There was trash on the floor in the corner and the shower was dirty and had hair in it. The drawer to the vanity was broken and had obviously been broken for a very long time .

Lots of construction folks! Do not get a room with the river view for 2025. You'll be listening to the sweet sounds of demolition and machinery early morning. And don't get room 2523, the air conditioner is knocking as loud as the demo crews downstairs. Asked for a new room - sorry - sold out (really?!) so asked for service person to fix it, waited an hour (past midnight) and they said they would get it addressed...so...that didn't happen during our stay. Just sayin'.

Location & parking was driving factor for stay

This hotel is in a great location for our event for but the room hallways smelled like pot 100% of the time. It was loud at night from bar outside our window and loud people in the hallways. The rooms were nice but could use some extra cleaning in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and professional. I will not be staying at this property again.

I loved this hotel. It was right where everything was happening. Very clean smelled great! Bathroom was awesome. Sheets are very clean.

No heat 1 pillow no extra because they are short of pillows and could not accommodate us had to check leave due to room being too cold!

Tanya was amazing checking me in and providing key information on the hotel and food options. Property was well kept and personnel friendly. Location is key to all the places I needed to attend.
