Room bathroom needed a shower curtain . Also the bar in bathroom rail was rusty and the toilet paper holder was coming out wall. In room 323 . Staff was amazing but could not move rooms due to third party having to okay it .

Location was too far from Napa. Confusing on the map. First room was not clean but when I complained in the morning they moved us to a better room. Towels were thin and many edges are shredded. Could do better with that part.

Great place to stay.

Remote control was not working correctly, the top was loose were the batteries made contact. The bed was lumpy and bumpy, the breakfast juice container was not working but they did not offer alternates. The same grim in elevators on the floor when i came in at 10 pm was still there at breakfast and when i check out at 11. I did not see any doggy bags for a pet friendly place. The park is nice.

Our room had 2 queen sized beds and a pull out sofa bed. I was so impressed with how comfortable the sofa bed mattress was. The queen beds were amazingly soft and comfortable. It was the perfect room for 2 adults and 3 small kids. The breakfast spread was very nice with egg and cheese omelettes, pancakes and delicious tasting sausage and of course all of the standard cereals, bagels, toast, and coffee were there also. The pool was heated and clean and my kids really enjoyed swimming in it. And there was a very nice patio area near by with tables and chairs. It was the perfect place to have a few family members come and visit during our stay. The location is really nice as there is a Starbucks within walking distance and several other restaurants and a Walmart. The other great thing was a small park close by so my husband was able to take the kids there while I got ready in the morning. The only draw back was that they were very stingy with towels and I understand that this I part of being green but there were never quite enough towels for a family of five and even after requesting more and having someone "restock" the towels meant only putting 3 towels out.

Breakfast was great, different choices every day, Room did not get cleaned up one day.

The room was clean at check-in. However, their new door tag, reading "NOT READY YET." is misleading. It sounds like you are asking for a delay in room service. However, if you put it out at night it works as a DO NOT Disturb request. This was never explained. I put my out at night and did not get room servicing for 3 days until I figured out the system. After that, sometimes the room was serviced at 10 am, and sometimes as late as 5 pm.

The room next to us had loud music at 5:30 in the morning

Location was perfect, staff was friendly and the rooms are nice and clean.

As a solo traveler, I am always hoping the place I reserve isn’t a safe area. This was great! It’s a newer part of American Canyon. It has many shops you can walk to, a park in front of the hotel. This is my go to hotel now if I’m staying in the Napa Valley area easy freeway access to both Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, only took an hour from SFO.

Everything was great

I walked in late at 11PM and someone was there ready for me at the desk with good service.

It was absolutely amazing. Workers are very sweet and attentive. Would recommend 10/10. The breakfast is amazing and nutritious with a variety of options. Minor error, heater broken in room 125, but otherwise still my go to hotel in Napa.

We were in Napa for a wedding it was a two-day stay. Everything was good and the location was close to several stores and a restaurant. Things were going well until the last day. My wife was about to enter the shower and a maintenance worker barged in the room no knocking he didn't announce himself and saw her naked. After hearing her scream, I confronted him, He said that the front desk sent him and didn't know that we were in the room. After calming my wife down we went to the front desk. They apologized and said that they forgot we were there. Two things came to mind can't make mistakes like this, how do you forget about your guest? The second thought is if there is an issue that needs attention why were we booked in that room? My wife is traumatized We are looking into this.
