If you are looking for secluded, this is definitely the place for you. It’s huge. Downside; Can take forever to get places. It’s at least a half hour drive from the airport. If you aren’t comfortable walking I’d advise not to come here. They have buggies but they either take forever to come or don’t turn up at all. Hundreds of staff but most of them don’t really know what’s happening or at least don’t have answers. Sometimes it looked like more staff than guests. The food was pretty average, lots of variety though. Generally not very hot. Drinks were great once you actually got service. You have so many staff on and you make us line up and wait forever for drinks. Maybe it would be worth looking into servers. The rooms were great, the view was unbelievable. If you want a sun bed, forget about it. I was absolutely shocked and angry. Our room was overlooking the pool. I saw people running down at 6am to put their beach towels on a sun bed. We went for a walk and had breakfast, they still had not returned to their sun bed. they would disappear for hours. It’s rude and selfish, the hotel should take some action to stop this from happening. Would I stay here again. Nope

Staff and service was very good. No beds by the pool unless you're prepared to go down at 7am. Restaurants also very nice with wide variety of food

This is a fantastic hotel and we loved are stay here. The location and views are superb in both the restaurants and the pool-area. Sea veiw rooms are beautiful and clean. Private beach with a lot of sunbeds is also fantastic.Staff if very friendly and helpful. Food, especially in the A la carte restaurants are really good, and also the drinks by all the bars are high-standard. It’s indeed newly opened and they have some areas of improvement to truly give that overall 5-star feeling. There is a slight smell in some areas of the hotel, but didn’t disturb are overall experience. There is not enough sunbeds and people tend to get up as early as 7am to reserve. The main restaurants is a little understaffed especially during breakfast and lunch to take drink-orders. Would love to have waiters come out to the sunbeds and take orders instead of queuing by the bar. Make sure the reserve A la carte dinners before you arrive to make sure you get all your included dinners.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Leider wurden wir von einigen Mitarbeitern sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Man muss aber auch sagen, dass es viele sehr bemühte und freundliche Mitarbeitende gab.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious (penthouse room). The food was delicious and the cocktails amazing. The gym was fabulous, what a view to work out to. Staff were attentive too. A couple of small things which could be improved. Pool towels only available from the pool at the bottom of the hill and these frequently ran out. Some need to be available from reception to assist guests using the pools further up the hill. We were a group of 9 which caused some problems with being seated for dinner and drinks. Once we flagged this up every effort was made to accommodate us. All in all a great holiday and I would definitely consider returning

This was under all expectations. The service is seriously terrible. It hurts to say, especially with an all inclusive 5-star hotel where you depend a lot on the staff and expect good treatment. Many of them are rude, slow, unexperienced and it just gives off an unserious vibe. You have to compensate yourself for their lack of interest. The waitors, bartenders and lobby staff are just not good enough. It is just so, so slow. Their a la carte restaurant was low low level (the only positive there was the asian waitress who was very nice and tried her best to give us a good dinner. You could tell she cared for the guest, it was good to see). The view and beach was nice. The room was clean, although poorly isolated. There is a smell of sewers throughout the whole hotel, it sort of comes and goes. You get almost no info about the hotel at arrival, they expect you to download their app and learn everything yourself. For the price, you expect a lot better service. Also, they were out of beach towels EVERY DAY, we had to reuse our towels several days. This is embarrasing for a hotel with this price and rating. Silcerely, we are dissapointed and do not recommend this place.

This is a fantastic hotel however it’s not quite 5 star yet. There are still some fundamental issues with sunbeds being reserved all day & no one working by the pools to clear them, also housekeeping standards and drinks in paper cups being served. 5 star means exceptional, this place is great but not exceptional. I would expect pool service for a 5 star hotel these days & at the very least plastic glasses & not to be told by the bar man than he can’t fill up my reusable bottle with water as he doesn’t have enough bottles. I make my bed better than mine there was being done & this really is where 5 star comes into play. Small details like this will let them down. The staff uniforms are awful & nearly all of them were too big for the poor staff & needed ironing! Again, the small 5 star detail. I feel that the the staff from the old hotel need some further training on exceptional standards. They will get there but not quite there yet. Location is fantastic but do not stay here if you don’t like hill walking or any walking at all really. Mosquitos in the rooms & told by reception to go & buy my own plug in, not great!!

This holiday was for my birthday and the staff provided a little surprise at dinner! Very friendly staff. Hotel room was clean and very quiet. Great amenities such as a razor, toothbrush, soap, dressing robe and slippers plus more. Buffet break, lunch and dinner was amazing every time. Great variety of food, always something to please everyone. Drinks were also amazing. No hidden costs at this hotel. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alkyna the staff were all super friendly. Rooms were very lovely with an incredible view, buffet and restaurant food were really good for an all inclusive really enjoyed that. Our only negatives were there was a flashing light in our room every night from the smoke detector and the bars were very understaffed we had to wait over an hour for a drink on the rooftop bar which was a bit annoying but the pool staff were unreal as were the beach staff.

Das Hotel wurde im Mai 25 wiedereröffnet. Einige Abläufe laufen aktuell noch nicht ganz rund, es werden auch noch letzte Arbeiten erledigt. Ansonsten ist es eine ruhige Umgebung, das Meeresrauschen ist wirklich toll zu hören. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Da das Hotel in einen Hang gebaut wurde, gibt es hier viele Steigungen und Treppen. Man kann sich mit Golfkarts durch das Resort fahren lassen, wenn Wege zu weit oder uneben sind. Wir fanden das Buffet allerdings nicht 5 Sterne würdig, eher 3 bis 4.

Hotel only opened for a month so things weren’t quite ready. Staff were slow, place smelled of drains and hard to get an iron for example. The food was brilliant, rooms and hotel looked fab. Woken up to drain smells most nights. Had to keep doors open to get rid of smell. Otherwise, lovely area and potential to be great

We stayed a week at Alkyna as a group of six via Expedia. Overall, a mixed experience with definite highlights and a few disappointments. Pros: The à la carte restaurants (Lucata & NAFs) were fantastic—great food, wine guidance, and incredible sunset views. The decor is beautiful with high-quality furnishings and a calming aesthetic. Cocktails at Caduna & Boseto are top-notch. Swim-up rooms have stunning views, and sunsets are breathtaking. Lucata breakfast is relaxed with fresh omelets and delicious Greek yogurt. Quality alcohol brands are served. The sea is safe and fun—bring water shoes. Boardwalk across beach to great local simple cheap restaurants. Great natural vibe with lush plants. Cons: Sunbeds get reserved early; few options get morning sun. Swim-up patios get sun late, pools are too cold, and there's no heated pool. The buffet is small and food often cold. Resort lacks signage, a map, and has steep hills. Occasional sewage smell near Italian stairwell. Hot water inconsistent, bedroom lights flash from devices. Smoking allowed by pools and outdoor bars. Entertainment is minimal, and service can be inconsistent. Transfers into Corfu town now cost €18. Tip: Message the resort on Facebook before arrival for the app’s secret code. This lets you pre-check in and book à la carte restaurants—by far the best part of the resort.

This was a beautiful newly refurbished resort. Staff, meals and amenities were top notch. It was hard to find and no signage, but otherwise fantastic and would visit again.

Loved how the hotel is tucked into a hillside overlooking two pools as well as the ocean and beautiful cliffs and rocks. Gorgeous sunsets while you sit in the restaurant or outside with a drink. Live music entertains the crowd at the Mediterranean restaurant. Staff are polite and professional. Great variety of food at the buffet and excellent quality at both Mediterranean and Italian restaurants. Stroll through the adorable little village nearby and along the beach. Rent a car and explore more lovely areas of Corfu.

Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielversprechend: frisch eröffnet und mit einer augenscheinlich hochwertigen Ausstattung. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt jedoch durch mehrere gravierende Mängel getrübt. Während unseres Aufenthalts war an mehreren Tagen stundenlang kein warmes oder teilweise gar kein Wasser verfügbar – ein untragbarer Zustand, gerade in einem neu eröffneten Haus. Auch an den Bars mussten wir regelmäßig bis zu 30 Minuten warten. Das Buffetrestaurant bot nur wenig Abwechslung, die Speisen wiederholten sich täglich. Besonders problematisch war die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption. Die Rezeptionsleiterin zeigte sich wenig lösungsorientiert und die Verständigung gestaltete sich äußerst mühsam. Auf unsere berechtigten Beschwerden wurde kaum eingegangen. Nach drei Nächten haben wir den Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet und eine Rückerstattung beantragt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich der Kundenservice von Expedia, der sich professionell und hilfsbereit um unser Anliegen gekümmert hat.
