Not happy

The staff was very stand-off and not welcomed. The bedsheets, pillows, and comforter had dirt spots. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

I usually am very confident staying at a La Quinta - one of my go-to groups when traveling for business without my wife. This hotel is really disappointing. Seedy neighborhood. There were dozens of questionable 'pedestrians' around all times of day and night. Hallways had terrible odors, poorly conditioned space. Wet floor caution signs left in hallways - instead of cleaning up the spills! Water fountains shut off, so no public water. Broken showerhead.in room. Mattress cover literally in tatters; first US hotel I was uncomfortable walking barefoot on the room carpet. Room air conditioner was surprisingly loud. Worst cooked hotel food I've ever had - scrambled eggs were literally "hard." No lids for coffee at breakfast bar, as if they're too cheap to want people to grab a cup to go. On top of this, at check-in, front desk clerk complained to ME about another guest - what the heck? La Quinta should remove their badge from this property, or get another operator who can revamp it to their minimum standards.

It had lots of trash in the parking lot and homeless people.

My girlfriend and I stayed here in a suite two nights while in town for a convention. We enjoyed the room. There was a weird thing while we were at breakfast. The housekeeping staff removed all of our towels but didn't replace them. I found a housecleaning staff person who replaced them with towels from an unused room and spoke to the front desk about the situation. The person at the front desk didn't think it was odd at all and just wasn't really receptive to my questions about the situation. Also the pillows were quite small, and I would have liked orange juice at the continental breakfast. All that being said, it was a solid stay. The breakfast included really good muffins, the bed was comfortable, the check in and out procedures were smooth, and the location was near a Quick Trip, which is a great gas station convenience store, as well as a Dollar General. Also the price of the suite was hardly more than a regular room and I liked the extra space and having a microwave (don't know if regular room has that).

Smooth check in and a nice place to stay

This was way overpriced for the location in an incredibly unsafe neighborhood. It was in such poor condition from the smells, to the other patrons, to the state of the rooms that I had to move to a different hotel and lose money. I’m a young blonde woman and the cops genuinely stopped me on the street while walking along the block to go get a bite to eat and told me that it was unsafe for me to walk at all in the neighborhood and strongly recommended I switch hotels. I lost 300 dollars by thinking this would be a viable airport hotel.

We didn’t get to town until after midnight. I tried to call the front desk prior to our arrival and all I got was an “inbox full” message. It was late. We just needed a place to rest our heads for the night and the price was decent. The hotel itself was rather run down. The sheets had stains on them. The room smelled weird. Felt old and dirty. There was man walking outside offering to get us a luggage cart that didn’t work there and it wasn’t like he was a guest with one, offering to give it to us. Good enough for what we needed, I suppose but likely won’t be returning.

First room the TV did not work. Moved to another room and we had to fix the chain on the toilet so it would work. Next morning, no fruit for breakfast, which I find that as lacking, since we all need fruit.

The bathrooms in the rooms can be cleaned better... toilet was not clean on the sides and the shower walls and edges could be cleaned better.... carpet needs to shampooed and rooms needs to be sprayed for insects and bugs.... curtains had stains and the air conditioner unit would not allow us the adjust the temperature.......

There was no body wash. They give you the smallest bar of soap I've ever seen. We had to download our Amazon app to watch T.V. Bathroom door needs to be adjusted, it want close unless you push it really hard. Room 216.

Loved the text options for checkout I had the option to extend check out without being hassled by calls or someone knocking on the door. Smooth stay

This hotel had really good reviews. Is a nice hotel, but the area is not. The prostitutes walking around the outside the hotel and in the hotel was not appealing at all.

It was very nice! Price was great and looked just like photos super happy with my stay

The hotel is fine, the area is very rough. Homeless people everywhere, and the people coming in and out of the hotel were very sketchy.

This is my second time staying at the same hotel. Last year when I stayed there were minor things wrong however, this year and my day was completely different. I booked one night as I needed to get to the airport early in the morning. I had a friend with me so when we walked into our room, it smelled like somebody had just smoked a cigarette.

They did not have any local TV stations that are free for everyone. Could not find weather or programs that should have been on and free to everyone.

Shower knob came off, had to change rooms. Room wasn’t clean. Homeless people
