Staff was so nice from house keeping to front desk

The check in was great and the room is excellent! Very neat and clean.

Everything was great except i was surprised and disappointed in the fact that "the Guests" are required to pay to park in the parking lot. It definitely makes you feel like you are not a guest. I imagine some guests ignore the signs and dont log thevinformtion about thier car abd therefore dont pay for parking as it appears to be based on an honor system.

Room was spotless, staff incredibly courteous. Excellent breakfast! Great fitness center but could use wall mounted TV in front of treadmills. Just a suggestion. Only negative was having the fire alarm go off (staff member burned popcorn) and having to go down 5 flights of stairs. Tough on the knees at our age (60+) We have family in the area we were visiting so we will definitely be back and will stay here. Great area restaurants, shopping, etc.

We were in town for a KSU football game …great stay

Not only must you pay for parking but it is not onsite! You must cross the very busy Atlantic Ave and another side street to get to it! Bad enough in nice weather but add heat or rain and it is miserable. Be sure to check the weather forecast and if it is going to be windy, just cancel and stay anywhere else. There is a whistle or howl that is heard in the rooms and hallways that will keep you awake. They say it is the wind making the sound but when you crack the sliding door it stops immediately. That is a pressure problem that needs to be fixed. The power went out for an hour just 2 hours before check out. No call or door knock giving a later checkout time.

We were given a room that was uncleaned and unsanitary. They made it right by refunding us but it was such an unpleasant stay. Hope they can work things out on their end.

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, the happy hour is FUN, and the breakfast is fantastic
