you promised a heated pool and breakfast and I paid a lot for that and it was not offered

I was very disappointed with my stay . I was really looking forward to my stay. My room was very dirty I was so surprised they would look at this room and approve someone to stay in there. I used a lot of my own cleaning supplies but i shouldn’t have to clean a room myself . Also I lifted the mattress to check for Bed bugs and the mattress was absolutely disgusting under the sheets . No bed bugs though thankfully. We only stayed a couple hours and left . Didn’t even bother taking our suitcases out the car . Needless to say I’ll never stay here again .

In several booking sites, this hotel promotes FREE PARKING. The hotel does not have any free parking. They said that there is free street parking if you can find a free parking spot on the street. We could not and paid $49 for their garage. Hotel charges $55 + tax for a resort fee, after September, this includes bottle of water in the room and free internet. Without the beach season and the swimming pool, there is nothing RESORT LIKE about this hotel for 8-9 months of the year. They should chatge a fee. Their website does say that a 1 hour later check out 11am - 12 noon is available with out charge. When requested, this request was repeatedly denied until a supervisor was involved and that person did grant the one hour later checkout. This was specifically part of the $55 resort fee during the ed cold season. We had to fight for this. The rooms were fine, the restaurant for dinner was a limited menu but passable despite being under staffed. There just seemed to be a sense of constant disappointment with this hotel.

Perfect stay! Location is great. The room was clean and modern and had everything we needed.

Staff was excellent. They greeted me with a smile, gave me early check in and were very friendly. Beach view was amazing and all staff from the valet to the baggage assistant were welcoming. I would definately stay again as a result of the customer service!

Our fire alarm went off from the steam from the shower so service had to come into the room. Then the thermostat didn't work so another staff had to enter the room. Later the thermostat didn't work again and it was not addressed.

The room smelled of mildew, but otherwise a great time

Loved the room, views, bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. There were a few events going on during our stay and when going to the bar area the wait was quite long to get drinks and food and there maybe should have been more staff on site.

DONT STAY HERE ⚠️ Terrible Service and Zero Accountability We stayed at Hotel Allegria and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. We paid $50 USD for overnight valet specifically because my wife is pregnant and we didn’t want her walking or stressing about the car. Not only did they never return the vehicle, but I had to walk to retrieve it myself the next morning—completely defeating the purpose of the valet service we paid for. To make matters worse, they’ve refused to issue a refund and won’t even respond to repeated requests for an itemized receipt. There are additional unexplained charges on my credit card from this hotel, and since they won’t communicate, we still have no idea what we were billed for. For a hotel that markets itself as upscale, the service was shockingly negligent, especially when it comes to accessibility and guest care. If you're expecting even basic courtesy or follow-through, let alone hospitality, look elsewhere.
