Very charming bead and breakfast hotel located a few steps from the Lucien L’Allier Metro station, and five minutes from Concordia and the Crescent Street night life. Only cautionary note is the parking is not secure, and local car thieves apparently have a taste for Honda CRVs and Toyota RAV4s. One of the latter was stolen from the lot during our stay. I was told that wasn’t a first-time occurrence. So if you own one of those cars, I would strongly advise parking in a nearby secure garage. Our nine year old Subaru didn’t seem to be of interest to the thieves though. Definitely recommend the hotel though.

Happy with stay, came in for hockey game and was a block away from Bell Centre. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. Room was nice but tight for us. We didn’t have breakfast so we didn’t spend much time at B&B. Outside parking was great as our truck wouldn’t fit in underground at surrounding hotels. Due to type of rooms, bring earplugs for sound sleep. Comfy beds!

This is by far our favorite place to stay in Montreal. Great breakfast, cheap parking right behind the hotel, terrific location, clean,spacious rooms, all at a reasonable rate.

Clean / great room

The room was lovely and perfect for our needs. The property manager was very helpful upon arrival, when we locked ourselves outside (to be fair, I think there was a mistranslation on the instructions where it said "glass door" instead of "wood door" and that led us outside to the balcony instead of to our room). But we had a wonderful stay in this charming and perfectly situated townhouse very close to downtown.

Wonderful accomodation with very friendly staff. Room was clean and thoughtfully decorated. Great location as a well - the train station is right across the street. Breakfast was amazing and well worth the additional fee! Parking lot is not gated - staff were very transparent about the risk of car theft in the city. They recommended near by sheltered parking for higher end/ easily stolen vehicles.

What a gem! Loved the cozy eclectic style. A few things to consider is that they do prefer quiet guests. We played the digital game catchphrase until 1230 am one night as a family of four and were contacted by the owner after a guest complained. So if you are a quiet couple this is the place for you, otherwise probably not. The top floor is a decent incline so keep that in mind if you have any restrictions. I was in a boot cast with a broken foot so it was a bit of a challenge! The breakfast is amazing well priced and the best part about staying there. The staff serving breakfast are incredible. Nice place and if I travelled solo or was in a quiet couple I would book again.

Our stay was excellent ! We booked 2 nights and ended up booking a third night. Very clean, easy entry, great facilities, toiletries, and extras like coffee/teas. Also if you order the breakfast excellent. We didnt speak french and all were staff so friendly and helpful. Location is the best to get around.

Hotel room was not clean. Nobody was on site the entire duration of our stay. Communication was impossible. We tried to reach the host and couldn’t. Found out they are only I’m main building from 4-700pm, yet were not there when we tried. My husband tried phoning their emergency number on our last day as we had issues due to major weather - they did not even answer! I received a phone call at 335pm asking if they could help me - knowing we had to check out at 1100am. I explained my frustration with never being able to speak with a single staff member in the 3 nights we stayed. I explained the unanswered call and he simply stated they saw the phone number but were dealing with cancellations because of the storm. I said I understood but when you have guests staying in your small hotel who are also impacted by the storm and are trying to reach them, the current guests should be a priority. He then HUNG UP on me. If I could rate this place a 0, I would. The location is great but the unprofessional staff and the dirty room with ZERO customer service make this place an absolute SKIP. For the price you pay, do yourself a favor and stay at a more reputable hotel. You’ll be much happier!!

We loved this quirky property. Lots of room with a kitchen and nice area for lounging amd tv watching. We were in town for a Habs game and found across the street at the metro station was a tunnel link to the Bell centre!
