Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hotel Cathedrale

Die Lage ist heervorragend, die Sicht auf den Dom mit Vorplatz wunderbar und spannend. Der Zimmer sind sauber und renoviert und entsprechen dem knapp bemessenen Interieur eines alten Stadthauses. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den Zugang zum Lift muss die Treppe in die erste Etage benutzt werden.

Great stay - incredible location, wonderful staff, clean rooms.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und ist stilvoll eingerichtet – die Deko hat uns gut gefallen. Leider war unser Dachzimmer sehr klein, nur mit kleinem Fenster und niedrigen Deckenbalken, sodass man in der Dusche kaum stehen konnte. Auch die Badetücher waren ungewöhnlich klein. Für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir mehr Komfort erwartet. Schade, dass auf die Besonderheiten des Zimmers nicht im Voraus hingewiesen wurde. Die Zimmer auf der Internetseite sehen originel und hübsch aus. Der Service war aber sehr gut.

Hotelli on mukavan pieni ja loistavalla sijainnilla. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aiemman hyvän kokemuksen ansiosta tulin uudelleen. Tällä kertaa olin ylimmässä kerroksessa, jonka naapurihuoneesta kuului kaikki seinän läpi. Samoin jatkuvasti kuului jostain kovaääninen askelten töminä.

Excellent location right across the street from the cathedral. Lots of food options near by.

The hotel is literally across the cathedral. Excellent property and extremely helpful staff. They also keep you bags on hold so that you can explore the area after checkout. There are restaurants around the area-better for breakfast but in the evenings they require reservations (nothing to do with hotel). I would stay here again because of the location and friendly staff.

I really liked my stay, the service was really nice and the breakfast was good.

Yeri çok güzel. Ancak onun dışındaki tüm deneyim korkunçtu. Yatakta saçlar vardı. Banyoda kapı arkasında önceden kullanılmış havlu vardı. Temiz havlularda saç vardı. Banyoda yerlerde saçlar vardı. Yer halı kaplı ancak korkunç kirli. Eski ve hiç yenilenmemiş.

L’hotel è situato in pieno centro davanti la cattedrale di Strasburgo, luogo ideale per girare a piedi tutto il centro. Nella piazza ci sono negozi, ristoranti e locali tipici alsaziani. La camera, pulitissima, era nel sottotetto con le finestrelle tipiche. Era graziosa, calda e accogliente con affaccio spettacolare sulla cattedrale. Bagno grande. La colazione continentale e con prodotti tipici alsaziani di qualità è abbondante. Il personale non parla italiano ma sono molto gentili. Torneró sicuramente

Great location and service.

Amazing place in the heart of the city, just in from of the cathedral.

Dirt carpets, not elevator, not lobby, not clean, in 4 nights they never changes linens. It has great location for Christmas markets.

Property is in terrible shape. Best comparison for rooms are the rooms at run down motels back in the US. Booked for 3 nights but checked out after 2 nights. Couldn't take it any more. Staff was courteous and tried their best to help. But the musky almost mold like smell in rooms was too much for us to take. I am not sure how this hotel got a 4 star. Given the condition it is a 2 star at best.

The staff was friendly and helpful during the stay. The heat would not turn off one night and they immediately fixed it. The location cannot be beat especially during the Christmas season!

The gentleman who checked us in was a little standoff-ish but everyone else was very nice/friendly. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. The dinning room was beautiful and we had an excellent view of the cathedral and Christmas markets, etc. Our room was on the third floor, but getting to the elevator was on the second floor up a narrow and winding staircase. It was a little challenging for my mom with her bad knees, but the building is old and may have had limitations for elevator access when installed. Our room had 2-3 steps up to the entrance door, a flight of steps to our first bedroom/bathroom, and another winding staircase to the second/third bed in the attic area. I found it charming, but it was certainly not accessible for those with mobility concerns. The location cannot be beat, the building has a lot of character.
