So clean and quiet.

I had a great time the only thing I was missing was a hot tub in the pool area & the pool water was to cold

Outside AC compressor noise is too big

The shower was dirty and the room smelled musty.

It was an anniversary get away. The hotel was nice, room was spacious. Place was quiet. The room had an odd smell to it but appeared to be clean. I sprayed some perfume around and it was fine.

The hotel was clean, bed comfortable but it was very noisy. Kids running up and down the halls and you could hear everything through the room. Other than that it was good.

Perfect hotel

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Columbus-Dublin was excellent. The room was very clean and the air conditioner worked great! I especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Great stay, would say that the lighting in the room is not bright enough. Had to use my cell light to see things. Otherwise good stay

I had a group of 30+ people staying and all of the staff were very friendly and able to help me manage such a large group with ease.

Nice clean room, comfy bed, very soundproof. Very good breakfast for freebie. Kudos to the staff running it, it was very tidy and she made sure it was stocked. Loved the pancake maker!

Good service and environment

The staff were wonderful. Friendly, helpful everything you want when staying away from home. The breakfast was unbelievable, it tasted like it was made fresh, the biscuits were amazing and the presentation was also very appealing and well kept.

The staff always kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked and were very friendly.

The room was very nice and clean.

We stayed for one night. Our neighbor was so loud we called 4 times from 10pm till 2am filing complaints on the noise. To put in perspective how loud this couple was we were on the 3rd floor, and the staff told us the next day they received complaints from people on the first floor about them. The staff did nothing about the noise until 2am and by then we were so worked up we got no sleep. We spoke with the morning staff and they wouldn’t issue a refund, and told me they’d send me points and I never got the email. So overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
