We stayed for a night due to a concert in the city. I love the location of the hotel. It is near the QEW. We had a good sleep and the room is clean. The free breakfast is an added bonus.

Room was spotless, however had a hard time controlling the temperature. It was too warm, which caused me to get a migraine in the morning when I woke up.

Room was spotless. Staff was courteous. Breakfast looked a little bland and sparse, but all I really want is a coffee and a few bites of anything, so it was all good enough for me

Good size room, fairly clean, only complaint is you can hear through walls pretty good.

Check in was easy, can't comment on breakfast I checked out before it was open. Lots of free parking

Traveling with 2 small dogs visiting for Christmas in the area, very convenient building. Able to pull up outside room to unload through patio door, also very convenient access to take dogs out for the bathroom. Towels and bed linens were great quality, bed was comfortable, not as fancy as some but would definitely return next time we visit.

Lacked in many things but biggest one was staff and the lack of help. I was not able to stay there for never got to enjoy anything else.

Comfortable, quiet, friendly check-in. This would be my first choice next time I'm in the area. breakfast was better than average, though a bit heavy on carbs, and the fruit was nearing the end of its best-before life. Staff worked hard to keep the breakfast room clean and well stocked.

Room and front desk/housekeeping staff were fine. Disappointed in the lack of security, very noisy hallway on second floor. Other guests were being very loud and disruptive. Yelling, slamming doors and running up and down the hallway. This was happening well after 9/10pm and no hotel staff intervened. With an early wake up required the next day, it was a disappointing end to our stay.

Breakfast was what I expected when staying at Comfort. A good variety, hot and fresh. Easy, onsite parking and no concerns about the area for safety.

Clean room and very courteous staff

My stay had some areas for improvement. The breakfast was the same for all four days — scrambled eggs with sausage — so a little more variety would have been appreciated. Also, one of the bed sheets had some stains that were concerning, which made the experience less comfortable. I think the hotel could benefit from paying closer attention to cleanliness and small details.
