Esperienza Eccellente! Il mio soggiorno presso il Marina Holiday Resort a Balestrate è stato assolutamente eccezionale e ha superato ogni aspettativa. Sin dall'arrivo, l'esperienza è stata gestita con una professionalità e una cortesia che fanno la differenza tra un buon hotel e una struttura di alto livello. Un plauso particolare va al ricevimento. L'accoglienza è stata eccellente: calorosa, rapida e impeccabile. La gestione del cliente è ottimale: ho richiesto una specifica necessità e questa è stata non solo immediatamente accolta, ma risolta con grande efficacia e premura. La PROFESSIONALITA' dimostrata ha permesso la soluzione rapida e cortese punto di forza di questa struttura. Ci si sente veramente seguiti e valorizzati. La camera assegnatami era un vero gioiello. Innanzitutto, ho riscontrato una pulizia assoluta, che per me è un elemento fondamentale per un soggiorno sereno. L'arredamento è gradevolissimo, curato e in armonia con l'ambiente circostante. A completare l'esperienza sensoriale, un ottimo profumo pervadeva la stanza, rendendo l'ambiente ancora più accogliente. Infine, la vista magnifica sul mare è una cartolina indimenticabile, un valore aggiunto che regala risvegli e tramonti spettacolari. Direi che l'attenzione per il dettaglio e l'eccellenza nel servizio al cliente si fondono per creare un'esperienza di soggiorno perfetta. Assolutamente consigliato!

Left too early to have breakfast

This resort is in a small town, and when we went, it appears the travel season for this town was over. It was VERY quiet and you kind of felt awkward as there were so few people around, which is to bad as the facility was really nice. A few things were a bit dissappointing, such as the size of the pool and that the beach was a bit of a walk once you got on the pier. The hotel only had breakfast buffet option ( which was fantastic ). The restaurants nearby did not have great options except for the one we found ( E&O) which was incredible dining.The staff was willing to bend over backwards to help you and were wonderful. There is a marina directly behind the resort and then you have to walk about a half kilometer to get to the beach, which is VERY large. Overall a very nice little quaint resort and if you are looking for something quiet and not busy then this is perfect for you.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Service sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist sehr klein. Leider gibts es nicht viel was man in der Umgebung machen kann. Ohne Mietwagen kommt man nur sehr schwer von A nach B weil die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr beschränkt sind. Der Strand war leider sehr schmutzig.

Fantastic place. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will want to stay again. Very quite except for the cows mooing!

Es war alle super. Nette Mitarbeiter, viele Restaurant innert 5 Gehminuten erreicht. Saubere und angenehme Zimmer.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, buona l'ubicazione, personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima l'esperienza della spa. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato.

Nothing was positive about our stay

Das einzige was ok war, der Service und der Preis. Für die Bewertung fanden wir die Unterkunft weit überbewertet. Es gab kein offenes Restaurant, gebuchtes Zimmer mit Meerblick gab es nicht, die Zimmer sind sehr altbacken und abgelebt mit wenig Steckdosen und kein internationales TV, Frühstück minimalistisch und die Eingangshalle war auch nicht sehr einladend. 2 Kollegen konnten nicht gut schlafen wegen Gäste/Personal sehr laut.

Non si può proporre un 4 stelle con la ferroviaria che gli passa accanto in un contesto portuale fatiscente e decadente. La divisione in più edifici non presidiati e la scarsa attenzione del personale non aiutano certo a superare lo shock della location inaspettata

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft , hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen .Alles war wie beschrieben , besonders zu erwähnen die Hilfsbereitschaft und geduldige Erklärungen an der Rezeption .Jede Empfehlung hat durch Qualität überzeugt , ein großes Dankeschön an Rosa !!! die uns im perfekten Englisch immer freundlich , engagiert und herzlich ein willkommenes Gefühl gegeben hat . Immer wieder gerne ....

liegt optimal für die Stadtbesichtigung. wir hatten das Dachzimmer, war widererwartend viel besser als gedacht AC lief problemlos
