Good service

It was our second time here and it was good to be back here

Very functional rooms, especially the ground floor level was a great option. Large beach, nice pool, not crowded. The food was meh (but included breakfast was great) and the place was a little too sleepy for my liking, but all in all really good value for the money. I would recommend for sure.

I was feel made to feel welcome by the staff and the very few requests I had were accommodated. We had one issue with children being at the adult pool and when we inquired about the age, the staff member discreetly sent a security personnel to take care of the situation and we had no other issues throughout our stay. It was handled very promptly and discreetly which was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the on-site activities, and I participated in a beachside cabana, massage, snorkeling and parasailing.

Absolutely loved our stay at the intercontinental Fiji and can’t wait to plan another trip. Perfect relaxing holiday - spent hours lounging in beachside cabanas, endless beach and pool swims and loved spending the evenings watching the sun set at Kama lounge. We travelled with a 5 month old baby and this was the perfect holiday with a baby! All staff so friendly, happy and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were mostly kind and some went above and beyond to help us with some things. However, apart from the Nava restaurant, the food served in the other dining areas was pretty average and not much choice, in fact they really just offered the same menu for most of them. The resort is miles from anywhere and is an hour's drive from Nadi. The best compliment I could offer would be that the staff are the best thing about the resort.

Super friendly staff, lovely room and a beautiful location

Excellent maintenance of the common grounds and the room. The resort was somewhat empty so everything was available so no need for reservations or waking up early to get a cabana, however the last day was a tad different due to more people. The resort is nothing fancy, but well taken care. The food is in need of improvement for a 5 star resort, the choices were limited and menu was somewhat the same every day. The check in was quick however the person that helped us was in training and we did not feel he cared about us as he said that out room would not be available until 3 pm and we were there at 5:30am same for the late check out he said not available, but then i talked to a different person and got extended from 11am to 3pm and they gave me a hospitality room for the rest of the time. Food service is a tad slow, but ok. Drinks are expensive and heavily measure pours. Good time but we may bot repeat the same hotel.

The resort and employees were all amazing. Beautiful rooms and accommodations. Beach is so beautiful and when the tide is low excellent for shelling. Definitely looking forward to returning for another visit.

This was our first trip to Fiji and the Intercon was a superb destination. It is located on a fantastic beach ( especially low tide), incredible sun sets, the staff are kind and everyone is happy. The resort is also very kid friendly. We enjoyed playing golf ( play early or late as it can get hot). There are 3 restaurants, we liked the Toba Grill, we also enjoyed the Kama lounge for happy hour and live music. The torch lighting and fire show are fun. We loved at 6:00pm on Sunday when the church choir cam to sing in the Kama lounge … unbelievable. This resort is a bit out of the way, so you will need to plan 60 min transfer time and cost to get to places . It was an incredible experience, we will go again.

The property was wonderful and ALL of the personnel was amazing! Definitely coming back.
