Rating & Review Keseluruhan Comfort Inn & Suites Rifle

The property is undergoing renovations which we weren’t informed about when booking. Hallways were dirty with drywall pieces peppering the carpet. Carpets were dirty or had been removed and base flooring was exposed. Room was clean but outlets in the bathroom weren’t functioning until I let management know. Bathroom sink fixture was poorly applied so water leaked onto the counter top so we wrapped the fixture with towels to soak up the water. Breakfast was typical for this type of facility- nothing special but adequate. It will be a while before I consider staying in a Comfort Inn again.

stay was adequate. Much remodeling of rooms on 2nd floor, every other room being worked on with paint fumes, ceramic tiling and new flooring. Quiet, though, during evening hours. Shower only WARM water, even after running several minutes, guessing this is a safety feature for those traveling with small children.

Needs to upgrade carpets.

Affordability, location, and the evening desk concierge named Irvin (Ervin)! He helped us on several occasions and went above and beyond to help us! The pool was great as well, and the hotel cleaning staff was extremely polite and courteous to our needs!! Thank you to the staff at the Comfort Inn in Rifle, Colorado!

So accomodating! Early check in no problem. Or late check out no problem. Always professional and courteous.

Didn't feel safe

The guy at the front desk was terrible, without manners to talk with the guests. For my luck, I stayed one night before my trip to Utah....The hotel and the rest of the staff are probably friendly people, but when you go to a Hotel, the first impression is the person behind the front desk. Nothing can change your opinion about the rest if you have a terrible experience with this person.

Very close to Rifle, gas, food and restaurants

The people in the room next to me were smoking pot. That is all that I could smell when I was trying to sleep. It was not a good experience.

Overall really great for the price

It was a good simple hotel right off the highway by a bunch of stores and there’s stuff to do in rifle also so that’s cool!

We had an awful overpriced room. First we got a kelvata, eventhough there was only a normal key lock on the door. Finally after we got the right key (it was missing in the reception and took a while to find) we got to the room and noticed that our toilet doesn’T work. Everything in the room was outdated and there was spots on the carpet and some of the furniture were broken. Such an awful place, wouldn’t recommend staying in here.

Checked in a 4;30 and rooms were not ready so our room was on 3rd floor in middle of building. Not ideal with pup for us or our neighbors.

My family and I went to Rifle to see the waterfalls, our stay was fine, the room was spacious for family of 5, only one thing, the sofa-bed mattress was so uncomfortable. But overall was fine.

Lady at the front deck checking us in had no idea what she was doing. Took about 30 minutes to check in & my credit card used for incidentals was charged $330 on accident & she couldn’t figure out how to reimburse my account. I pretty sure the staff had their kids eating at the continental breakfast. Weird & kind of crappy place to stay
