Very happy with our stay.

Very friendly staff!

We had a great stay for 1 night. Staff at reception both days were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected for the price we paid. It is a great location to explore the city without being in the middle of all the noisy parts of the city. Just around the corner from the train station which was brilliant. Hotel were happy to mind our luggage after we checked out and went exploring

This was last minute reservation after my Airbnb has been canceled, wasn't expecting much, bul this hotel was a nice surprise. The room is updated with all the amenities that make your stay very comfortable.the breakfast was amazing and Eva the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly, highly recommend.

Good rooms, good service from the staff. They were very helpful. Liked the breakfast as well. Well made. Overall, I was there for a day only, however, I liked the stay at this hotel.

Location was convenient to train

The breakfast was amazing. It is very close to the train station. It had wonderful charm. I loved the high ceilings and tile floor. It had a very nice hot shower.

Great position and a short walk from the rail station. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Clean room and bathroom. Windows open so it is nice to have fresh air

Perfect hotel for travelers. A walkable distance from main attractions and super close to the train station. Staff is awesome. Highly recommended

The staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived late in the evening and the staff was still very patient in explaining all the things to us, gave us a quick overview of where to visits, and answered all our queries. The room and toilets were clean and they would keep them clean every day. The breakfast was free. It was rich and delicious, especially they had different choices of juice. Also, they would refill the food and drinks even when it was close to closing time, to ensure we had plenty of food to choose from. The only down side is that our toilet and room was separated. Probably I overlooked it when I did the booking, or the website did not state clearly. Anyway, it was manageable. Therefore, one may need to be careful where the private toilet is when doing the booking. Last but not least, the location is very good. It is near to key attractions and the train station. Also, we joined a local tour to Tuscany, and the meeting point was just below 10 minutes walk away. It was especially good when considering that the journey started at 7:45am. Overall the stay was a pleasant one.

Wir hatten ein Dreibett-Zimmer gebucht. Allerdings wurde uns vor Ort gesagt, dass das Badezimmer außerhalb des Zimmers den Flur runter gelegen ist. Das war in der Beschreibung des Hotels und unserer Buchung nicht erwähnt! Auch der Zustand des Badezimmers war nicht akzeptabel. Es gab andere Zimmer mit mehreren Betten, die alle das Nad im Raum hatten. Uns kam es vor, als hätten wir ein Notzimmer bekommen, weil die anderen ausgebucht waren. Das Zimmer hatte noch nicht mal eine Nummer… Das Zimmer war auch sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Insgesamt nicht das, was wir gebucht hatten. Auch die Gegend, in der das Hotel liegt, ist nicht die schönste.

Amazing location right next to the Train station. Very welcoming staff and Breakfast was very good. The room and bathroom smelled bad.

They charge us before we were there without notice.

The close proximity to the train station is good and bad. Convenient, but brings a seedy feeling around the hotel/building. A homeless guy was sleeping, just outside the front gate to the building, as we left in the morning.

Service is terrible. We tried to check in at 8pm. There is no open reception. Every door is closed. No one is answering the phone. Waited 40 min at the door and reception came by with some other people. Seems reception is common for multiple hotels and she stays in a different hotel which was never mentioned nor contact details are provided. The room we got seemed to be the last one and later realized its the worst one. There is no attached bath for this room. This one has a bathroom down the hall and needs to carry a key to open and close it. Which is the same case for your room as well. The bathroom is not even clean. No bath soap or shampoo is provided. Brunch food is decent and in the mornings all doors are open and service is available for check-in. So beware if you are coming in late hours for check-in and be sure your room had an attached bath, not like us.

CONDIZIONE NON SPECIFICATA ALL'ATTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE!! BAGNO ESTERNO ALLA CAMERA AD OLTRE 10 METRI. VERGOGNOSO !! TUBI ESPOSTI , DIMENSIONI FORSE 1 X 2 METRI....

En términos generales, el alojamiento fue bueno, si bien sabia las condiciones de la habitación contratada (habitación triple con baño externo, privado) no imagine que el baño estaria tan lejos de la habitación, lo que si destaco es que estaba limpio y ordenado, la una objeción es que la ducha mereceria ser reparada, ya que el agua salia en poca cantidad. El edificio es antiguo, comprensible estando en una ciudad como Florencia. Y el ascensor no funciona (por lo que he leido, hace un tiempo que esta asi y sigue sin ser arreglado), destaco esto porque hay que subir 2 pisos o en su defecto 3 para llegar al alojamiento, asi que no lo recomiendo para ir con personas mayores. Para destacar del alojamiento es la ubicación respecto a la estación de trenes y del centro.

Zona centrale, stanze pulite e accoglienti, personale gentile, colazione ottima e abbondante. Non comodissimo il bagno fuori dalla stanza e, per le temperature di quest'anno, ambienti troppo riscaldati.

Struttura comoda per muoversi in centro, ma un po' datata. Camere con mobili nuovi, ma bagni da ristrutturare. Buona pulizia. Personale gentile, cordiale, disponibile e competente
