Das Hotel eignet sich gut für einen Besuch in der Stadt. Für einen längeren Zeitraum, beispielsweise Sommerurlaub, würde ich hier nicht buchen. Das Zimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet. Jedoch ist der Raum an sich viel zu klein. Es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten seine Kleidung zu verstauen. Im Bad gibt es keine Ablage für persönliche Gegenstände. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis von 14 € für das Frühstück ist völlig okay. Das Personal spricht viele Sprachen, wir haben uns auf Englisch unterhalten. Danach bekamen wir mit, dass die Mitarbeiter auch fließend Deutsch sprechen. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt können wir gerne wieder.

zum Vergleich zu einem anderen 4* Hotel in Alcudia (wo ich 1 Tag zuvor noch war), würde ich dieses mit gut bewerten. Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstücksbuffet überschaubar (waren aber auch sehr wenig Gäste). Hotel in einer Seitenstraße und war recht ruhig. Bushaltestelle 2 min. zu Fuß entfernt und mit Bus 30 min. bis nach Palma. 3 min. zu Fuß zum Strand.

客室は清潔で、ビーチも近く最高のロケーションでした。また従業員に方も親切で助かりました。 市街地から離れているように見えますが、近くのバス停から20分程で中心街へ行けるので無問題です。空港からのアクセスはとても良いです。

I was not impressed with my stay at this hotel. As a single traveller, I specifically chose a hotel for the added security and convenience — not an apartment. However, when I checked in, I was told that all single occupancy guests were placed in an apartment block across the road from the main hotel, which was not staffed. This completely defeated the purpose of booking a hotel for safety reasons. I had to cross the road every time I wanted to go for breakfast or use the swimming pool, which made me feel vulnerable and uncomfortable, especially when returning later in the evening. I did ask the receptionist if I could have a room in the main hotel but was told this wasn’t possible. To make things worse, check-in was very slow, adding to an already disappointing start. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for solo travellers — it doesn’t provide the security or service you would expect when booking a hotel stay

Room was clean, everything was within walking distance. Enjoyed my stay

밤늦게 체크인해주신 직원 아주 친절하고 좋았음 그러나 스페인 문화인지는 모르겠는데 체크인 하는날 9시에 하우스키핑이 노크없이 문따고 들어와 나를 보고 도망감 내 추측으로는 물건을 룸치러 온것인가 의심이 됨

Ho soggiornato presso l’ABQ Amfora Hotel (solo adulti, 4 stelle) e posso dire che la struttura è moderna e ben tenuta. Le stanze, seppur molto piccole, sono pulite e dotate dei comfort essenziali, anche se qualche metro quadro in più avrebbe reso il soggiorno più comodo: a volte ci si ritrova a dover “fare i turni” per muoversi. Nota negativa, almeno per noi italiani, è la mancanza del bidet nei bagni (ma sappiamo che si tratta di una differenza culturale). L’accoglienza al check-in non è stata delle migliori: lo staff è apparso frettoloso e poco cortese, interessato più ad incassare subito la tassa di soggiorno che a fornire informazioni utili. Avremmo molto apprezzato, ad esempio, qualche consiglio chiaro sui parcheggi in zona: non avendolo ricevuto, ci siamo ritrovati con una multa salatissima di 200€ proprio fuori dall’hotel. Passando agli aspetti positivi, la colazione è stata davvero eccellente: buffet ricco, vario e con prodotti di qualità, sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura. In sintesi: hotel moderno e pulito, camere un po’ troppo piccole e accoglienza migliorabile, ma colazione superlativa.

We stayed here one night after a long travel day from the US. The location was perfect - close the airport, but also near the water and some great options for dinner. The staff were friendly, room and bed were comfortable, and included breakfast was AMAZING. Would happily stay here again when returning to Palma.
