Lindo hotel. Acesso muito próximo a praia. Excelente acomodação. Limpeza dos quartos no foi perfeita mas aceitável. Não disponibilizam late check-out mas ofereceram uma área de para tomarmos banho no final da tarde. Café da manhã muito bom, de 08 a 10:30. Não tem academia

A great hotel complex. Very well maintained. Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent dining at both breakfast and dinner. Beautiful pool layout and close proximity to beach.

Comfortable, clean hotel in nice grounds near the beach. Plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meals and 5 minute walk to bars. Ideal for a quick break.

I feel that the rooms are in real need of renovation, the windows had rusty hinges and almost fell off when opened, the bathrooms had lots of damp damage and didn’t smell great. It would be good if the kitchen could have more utensils and an oven, as the food in the hotel was pretty poor, especially if you are a vegetarian. The food in the surrounding area was also very disappointing. The staff are very nice, but this hotel is a bit crusty around the edges, our rooms where directly above the bar and kitchen meaning it was noisy and smelly (from food), there were some rooms overlooking the peninsula which would have been much much nicer, I’m sure.

Une semaine en famille. Appartement très bien, déco bien, matelas très bien, salle de bain propre et pratique, cuisine tout ce qu’il faut. Les lits sont faits tous les jours. Une grand bravo à l’équipe de ménage et aux jardiniers car les extérieurs sont très beaux et bien entretenus Les piscines sont très bien avec plac’ache et bouées gonflage à disposition, ainsi que seaux pelles et parasols pr plage. Accès direct à la plage. Le port avec les restaurants sont à 5 min pieds. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très bien avec beaucoup de choix, le jus d’orange est fait avec les orange pressés, un cuisinier prépare en direct les crêpes et les œufs à votre choix, bravo à l’équipe cuisine. Deux supérettes, une en face et une seconde au bout de la rue avec le loueur de voiture qui est très bien( réservation faite avec l’hôtel, et ce loueur prend la carte à débit immédiat ), et il est facile de se garer La navette aéroport hôtel que propose l’hôtel n’est pas très cher 49e pr 2 aller retour, mais hyper long, un gros bus qui fait beaucoup d’hôtel donc environ 1h30 de trajet. Par contre l’hôtel ne parle pas du tout français malgré ce qui est noté sur la fiche, donc à l’accueil il faut parler espagnol ou anglais. j’avais communiqué par mail pour réserver la navette et la voiture, là on m’avait répondu en français, il avait du faire la traduction. Mais ce n’est pas si grave car normalement vous aller à l’accueil pour prendre votre clé au début du séjour et à la fin pour rendre la clé.

This is the second time we have been here & we will definitely be back. The design of the resort is what I love most, it is low rise with beautiful plants and succulents with 2 stunning pools landscapes with plenty of places for lounging. The whole resort is meticulously clean and the food at the restaurant is excellent with a wide variety of choice. Perfectly located next to a pretty beach and a short distance from Ciutadella & a marina with restaurants.

Clean property. Staff could be a bit more friendly and accommodating. Dining options are plenty in the neighborhood but all serve the same mediocre food.

Le personnel est adorable, le restaurant est super bon et change tous les soirs, les piscines immenses, la proximité aux plages à pied un vrai luxe et en plus nous avions une terrasse avec une vue incroyable. Des vacances fabuleuses, merci :)

El Hotel está bien y nuevo pero el servicio del Hotel no está a la altura. Muy mal formado, muy poco servicial y bastante maleducado en general.

Me encantaron las bellas playas. No me gusto que comprara a expedia habitacion con balcon, y el hotel tenia que era sencilla y cuando llame a expedia me dijeron que asi era que no lo podian cambiar, mal por expedia ofrecer algo y no cumplir

Établissement extrêmement propre, piscine impeccable, jardin très entretenu, logement dans pt bungalow refait à neuf, chambre séparée et climatisation, avec terrasse à l'étage équipée de transat, Rien à redire au niveau de la restauration, bcp de produits frais, large choix alimentaire, et personnel accueillant

Fantastic quiet hotel with lovely, clean flats located around the pool. The flat we stayed in had plenty of storage space and also included an outdoor terrace/balcony with table/chairs and even a small clothes drying rack for swimsuits/towels! From what i could see, all the flats had this. The grounds are beautiful and super-well maintained and the staff are very nice. The breakfast spread was amazing and cheap:-).. The marina with plenty of restaurants/bars is only 5min away so great if you don't want to venture too far for diner, although it's more tourist-type food rather than local. Don't forget your insect repellent!! ... We came at the end of May/begining June so there was always plenty of space to park our rental car in the street outside the hotel but this may not be the case at the height of summer ? The small Menorcan-style-supermarket outside the hotel was well stored and opened 8.00-22.00 every day.... Great place to venture out and discover the Island.... the only downside is the ugly hotel (won't name it!) across the beach that blares entertainment music every night...I highly recommend the Grupotel Aldea if you're after a nice/safe for family hotel. If you're more a party animal, best head for the hotel across the beach!!!

Nous avons passé 9 jours dans cet établissement, que nous recommandons vivement. Hôtel extrêmement bien situé en bord de plage, très calme, très propre. Accueil agréable, personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant très disponible et professionnel. Nous étions en demi pension, excellente formule, choix et qualité des produits. Les poissons à la plancha sont excellents. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, bien décorées et aménagées avec goût (rénovation récente).
