Perfekt ophold. Flot Hotel. Service i top. Flot morgenmad. Samt resturant er rigtig godt.

We enjoyed our stay and had half board which was good. Restruant provided a tasty menu and we enjoyed the experience very much. Do beware that you have to pay the meal tax which isn’t too expensive if you are on Euro. But we are Australian and the exchange rate made it around $28 AUD. Regardless, the meal was very tasty, the room was very comfortable and we enjoyed it as a one night stay between Bilbao and Madrid.

Parking couvert pour motos , très bien, et facilement accessible par ascenseur. Accueil au top à l’accueil. Chambre superbe et très calme. Repas du soir excellent et bien servi. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un personnel disponible. Très très bien, à refaire

Era nuestro primer parador y fuimos un fin de semana. La limpieza de 10, tanto en habitación como en el hotel en general. El personal fantástico, todos super amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Lo único que quizás es mejorable es el parking, que es un poco pequeño, pero el resto está genial.

Staff very kind, room very big and comfortable. I liked a lot the TV-Cast service, which we used to watch movies from our mobile phone. Everything was perfect. We had no chance to test the breakfast or the hotel restaurant, maybe next time.

Todo perfecto. Solo hubo un tema que no me gustó y es que el desayuno había que reservar y solo continental. No había la posibilidad de un desayuno más básico como por ejemplo café y tostadas. En mi caso el continental no es para nosotros. Respecto a Expedía todo bien pero no hay posibilidad e cometer errores en la reserva.me confundí en uno de los días y me di cuenta en 5 minutos, no hubo forma de rectificar. Solo 5 minutos lo que considero que más que un cambio es una corrección.
