Views are immaculate, great service, and decent hotel food. One thing to note, it’s quite a walk and no side walks on part of the journey to the center town. If you are planning to bring a car it won’t be an issue or you don’t mind walking 2-3 miles to get to the center town or you don’t mind paying for taxis.

The room was lovely—spacious, clean, and offering a stunning view of Toledo. However, the dining experience was disappointing. While dinner was acceptable, the breakfast selection was very limited, and the staff we encountered were not particularly friendly

O hotel em sí é muito bonito. Uma construção antiga, bem conservada, com uma decoração sóbria, de muito bom gosto. Tem uma terraza com vista privilegiada para a cidade de Toledo. AMEI isso!! Destaque para o quarto, muito espaçoso e confortável! O banheiro, também, muito bom, limpo e muito espaçoso. A funcionária do check in foi muito cordial e solícita, inclusive nos ajudando com as malas. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedade e produtos de qualidade. A única coisa que eu destacaria como negativa e que realmente me incomodou muito, foram os funcionários do restaurante. Tanto no jantar, quanto no café da manhã do dia seguinte, fomos recepcionados e servidos por funcionários descorteses, impacientes e grosseiros. Algo que constrangeu não só a mim, como a minha família e a outras família que estavam sentadas a nossa volta. Acredito que se não fosse por isso, a nossa estada no Parador de Toledo teria sido perfeita!

売店がない。歯ブラシ、スリッパなどのアメニティーが私の部屋だけなかった。 フロントと食堂と部屋の連携が全然取れていない。食堂スタッフはクリスマスの時期だったので全く足りていない感じだった。それなのに劣っているのに人がいないのは変な感じをしました。 パラドールと言う伝統にあぐらをかいているようなホテルです。

객실은 깨끗하게 잘 관리되었고 톨레도의 아름다운 전경을 내려다 볼수있는 최고의 숙소였습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했어요

Perfect stay.

El sitio es estupendo! Las habitaciones comodidismas, el entorno y vistas inmejorable. Al hotel le falta un poco de mantenimiento.

Acho que a equipe poderia ser mais atenciosa, foram malas pesadas por varias escadas, nenhum apoio. O chuveiro do quarto ficava caindo do apoio, precisava reduzir a pressao pra mante-lo em cima

Super clean, lovely and spacious rooms, excellent staff, beautiful location and amazing food. Highly recommend!

Location is perfect with excellent view of city, but do require a car to move around...

Traumhaftes Hotel

Breathtaking views of Toledo from my room's balcony. Some of the best water pressure in a shower I've found in Western Europe. Friendly and helpful staff. The only disappointing note was, sadly, the dinner service, of which I had heard great things. The food was fine, but not outstanding. Service was spotty in the dining room. Hopefully, we just caught them on a bad night. Still, this is the place to stay if you visit Toledo.

The view of the old city from The Parador is just as wonderful as the photos. We had no problems getting to and from the old city!

Todo correcto como era de esperar en el grupo Paradores. La única pega es la media pensión el precio es el doble y la cena aunque buena no llega al nivel de otros paradores ni por calidad ni por cantidad al igual que el personal de cenas.

部屋から見る街の景色が昼間、夜共に本当に最高でした。忘れられない思い出になりました。 部屋はとても綺麗で旅の疲れをしっかり癒すことができました。 受付スタッフは丁寧で親切、分かりやすい説明をしてくれました。 ただ、レストランでの対応は人によりそっけなくされたり、英語があまり通じなかったりでしたが、おすすめ出来る滞在場所です。
