The window was open when I checked in and despite closing it the room remained freezing cold for the entire stay. I was given a small radiator from the front desk but it didn’t help much. The hotel also took a pre-authorization/deposit of 100£ that still hasn’t been released.

Veldig lokalt og kjempe enkelt å komme seg rundt omkring. Ligger butikker og restauranter i nærheten samtidig som du kan ta undergrunnen 5 minutter unna.

Hotel was good. The manager made the stay exceptional when I lost one of my cuff links and he gave me a pair of his. Made my week!

It was small, but clean and nice!

Second visit. All was fine and as expected

It was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was ok, but not more than that. The room was small, at the fourth floor and there was no elevator, but I knew all that so it was ok for me. The toilet/bathroom was really small and that I didn’t know. It made its function, but I would have preferred to see a picture of that in advance so I would know, rather than experience it when I’m there.

Jeg har vært mye i London og bodd på hotell av ymse kvalitet. Stort sett holder jeg meg i Paddington på grunn av beliggenheten. Dette tror jeg er det beste hotellet jeg har bodd på. Det virket nyoppusset, det var rent, rommet var lyst og delikat og frokost var inkludert. Her kommer jeg definitivt til å bo igjen! Hvis jeg absolutt må si noe negativt, må det være at vi hadde rom i øverste etasje og hotellet ikke har heis. Til gjengjeld var utsikten bra. Frokosten var enkel og manglet ferske bakevarer, men det er ganske normalt for hotellfrokost i London å bruke bakevarer med lang holdbarhet. Alt i alt anbefales dette hotellet.

Very helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it.

Veldig hyggelig og serviceminded betjening. Rent og fint, grei frokost og bra beliggenhet i Paddington. Møtte til og med hotelleieren på bar - som spanderte drikke på oss!! Kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake hit neste gang vi er i London.

I have been staying at the Omega for about 20 years. Family run and same staff I got a great welcome after several year’s absence with Covid and my illness. Highly recommend this hotel. The passageways are tiny so don’t bring large suitcases! Very convenient to Paddington station which has Heathrow Express and Elizabeth line both terrific for getting around.

Very small no elevator

The room was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood and in close walking distance to the Paddington Train Station. It was great having lots of food options as well as a bit of night life at the Market Halls. There’s also a red line stop nearby that’s very convenient.

Firstly I was extremely grateful that The Omega’s flexibility for early check in upon request was a significant plus, allowing me to settle comfortably from a very early morning arrival . The front desk staffs as well as breakfast attendant are all very warm and friendly, creating a welcoming experience for me . As per described, The Omega is very convenient and accessible, making it very easy to explore surrounding area and access transportations. Overall I had a positive experience and a satisfactory stay. The combination of friendly and helpful staff, comfortable stay and convenient location near Paddington station, makes it an excellent choice.

3 flights of stairs with suitcases - no lift and the bathroom was a modular one - no space

The staff was very friendly. The room was smaller than expected, but it was clean and I had no problems staying there. Amenities were shampoo, conditioner, and soap, so I recommend bringing your own. Thank you.

A good stay in a handy location close to Paddington. Rooms are what they are but looked to have been recently decorated. Breakfast was adequate and in my experience an unusual extra. Would stay again.
